Kim Yuan Gardening Gloves- Acdyion Rose Pruning Thorn 1 Pair

The gloves are very good and the price good for the quality. The only reason I have had no option to mark down is because the amazon website gave no indication of size and when received they were far too large. Only suitable for someone with large hands.. The gloves have a large label inside them and I intend to ring amazon to see if possible to order a smaller size . Having rung Amazon they only have one size so I have decided to keep the gloves as they are very good . If they had a smaller size I would have given 5 stars

Very comfortable, but that's because the glove part is too soft.Arm protection good but glove itself is not leather, is easily pierced by brabke and rose thorns and tore (a little hole) the first time I used I them.Have been wearing while cutting back overgrown hollies intertwined with brambles, also cutting down blackthorns, the wines of which go through the gloves as if they weren't there.I predict they will be no use after four or five wears. They get two stars not one because the forearm protection is good.Poor value for money, would be good if the globe part was tough leather as one is entitled to assume from the item description

The hands of the glove are made from quite soft leather, which makes them very soft and comfortable, but not really that durable. I covered covered the thumb with duct tape and they are ok now, still like wearing them as they provide great wrist and arm protection when pruning. But not recommendable for cutting brambles or roses except if done very carefully.

I am been very happy with my Kim Yuan gardening gauntlets, after taking out very vicious bramble the rose bushes were easy. Having used other gauntlets I expected some of the thorns would go through but after clearing all the brambles, the groves were as good new with none of the thorns getting through the leather. I highly recommended these gauntlets.

Love these gloves - I’m not in the slightest green fingered but have so much to clear in both front and back gardens and these are fab, good fit!! Easy to still use tools too - happy! I spent all day in them in hot weather and hands didn’t sweat. The material seems really good as not split or even marked much and I’ve moved a lot.

I am a professional gardener and wear these gloves whenever im working around nettles, thistles or roses. For me these gloves have offered great protection and are comfortable, its rare i leave a review but felt that happy with them and am on here now trying to find a pair in xl for dad for fathers day. Theses are great quality and are lasting well and im using them alot. I always have them with me to wear for the above purpose and just wear a standard pair for other work. I hope this helps. These gloves are excellent BUT although I ordered size L (large) I couldn't get my hand in, so I passed them on to my wife who was delighted to have them. I think it was a Chinese large - not a GB one. Nevertheless, the quality was first class.

Very comfortable gloves. The gauntlet section provides good protection against thorns but the soft and supple glove section is no protection against thorns which can penetrate easily (and painfully). They are fine on things like stinging nettles.
