Filofax Personal Impressions organiser navy/white

I have used the Filofax system many times and for many years when I was younger, and it is ok, as it’s permanence demonstrates. But I am a natural-born organiser and when trying to keep my personal and professional lives together, I found that Filofax was no longer ok for me, and I needed a more versatile system. I tried tens of different systems and for most of my professional life I used the German Roterfaden Taschenbegleiter system, which has three clips and it allows you to keep a 1/2 year diary for professional life at the centre, and two separate notebooks on either side, one for personal diary and the other one for other information and wellness/habit tracker. That was perfect for me for me for many years.Now that I am retired and my life is a lot less demanding and complicated, I saw this Filofax style by chance and decided to buy it at an impulse (because I’m still a sucker for stationery, and my beloved Roterfaden, which is about 15 years old and has a beautiful real leather patina is too heavy!). I loved this little diary. It looks great, and the much smaller format really suits this calmer stage of my life. However, used as I am to having all aspects of life organisation in one place, I am finding that with the diary and cleaning schedule in it, this is rather too small, and I will have to buy another one for wellness and habit tracking.

This is my 4th Filofax… I have purchased the Saffiano Compact, pocket size Finsbury, A5 Domino & now personal Impression and I must say, (for me) the best size is definitely the personal. Not too big or too small, just the right size to go into the handbag, backpack pocket, etc. This particular design is beautiful in my opinion. Not your usual girly pink tone yet the navy blue background with white flowers still cleverly delivered the gorgeous feminine look.I 💙 the flowery button which comes with it as a closure. The cover lays flat, which is nice and the pockets are larger than the ones found in the Domino A5 size. My game cards fit in nicely in this model. Comes with a ruler, an open top envelope and diary pages for the year 2022 up till January 2023. Would have been nice if the envelope was clear rather than frosted. But, it is still a minor issue, though. Ring size is nice, not too small. I can see myself using this organiser for a long time before I feel the itch to buy me a new one…😝 All in all, a fab purchase yet again. Plus, Thank you Amazon for the prompt service. ✨

Lovely design, but arrived in December with a 2022 calendar insert. Wouldn't buy from this seller again.
