I wanted to give it a week to give my review. I cannot believe just how much this supplement has helped me.I suffer from anxiety due to a hormonal imbalance caused by an IUD. This imbalance causes me to have at times bedridden anxiety, panic attacks and depression.The first day I took this supplement, I took it after dinner with a cup of water. That night, I slept through the night for the first time in as long as I can remember. I woke up with no sadness, no anxiety, no dread at facing the day. Every day since this first day as been remarkably better. I feel like I’ve been given my life back. My motivation to do things I enjoy such as yoga and nature walks has returned.I have experienced only positives and no negative side effects. I’ve recommended this product to several friends.Amazing!

I like this combination ashwagandha/rhodiola capsule. Small and easy to swallow, and I get both ingredients in one pill. Both these adaptogenic herbs are so good for adrenal fatigue, and I have started getting my energy back after only a week of taking them. Would recommend to anyone who has done too much for too long and doesn't know how to stop until you can't go any more!

this product is truly amazing. After taking this supplement I can definitely tell the difference in my stress level and given my high stress career this is a much needed and welcome change. I purchased this product to help me with energy, focus and strength! I live a busy lifestyle. I work a lot of hours at my job and I am an athlete! This was recommended by my Primary doctor who believes in holistic medicine over prescription if possible. She recommended this for anxiety and mood. I have taken almost a full bottle of this and I feel that it really helps! Not as many mood swings, and not as irritable as before. It may not work for everyone, but works for me!!

This is a great product, and BRAND! I tried a different, less costly brand; ou get what you pay for! Crystal Planet Nutrition dosage is 1/day; other brand says take theirs 3/day. Ingredients are very similar but Crystal Planet WORKS for me with just 1/day. The other brand did nothing for me at all.
