As an ex-firefighter fire safety in my home is very important to me.I have now purchased 5 of these particular smoke alarms, becausethey are of the highest quality, they are extremely reliable, easy tofit and very attractive, which means you do not have to hide themaway. I recommend it unreservedly .fit and very attractive

My old alarm was in need of replacement and I saw this, good price so I took a chance, not disappointed. Very well made and easy to fit to ceiling, screws and plugs provided, alarm is very loud and you get a flashing red LED to tell you all is ok. 9v battery also provided and the alarm will tell you when it needs changing, remarkably good value, would highly recommend

We had these for nearly a year when one started playing up. Easy to install, run good for those 11months. After the problem occurred we Contacted Amazon, then contacted the seller- was assured that an email with instructions will be received in order to how to proceed with the faulty item but nothing like this ever happened. no action was taken regarding refurb or refund.I ended up recycling both of these smoke alarms as the other one played faulty too after some time. And bought different brand to replace them.My advise is- you may want to give them a chance but have in mind what I experienced too.

Quite a neat and unobtrusive smoke alarm Issues: the battery slot needs a cover or a pin to hold the battery in while the alarm is being positioned, otherwise it falls out and prevents the alarm being attached to its mount. Price ok.

The product is made well enough and price is reasonable. Not rocket science to put up on the ceiling. As for the reliability of it and longitivity of the battery at this point in time is the unknown and hopefully the time never arises where we have to rely on it. But I will be pressing the button every week testing that its active and hopefully it lasts for at least 5 years minimum.

Still working well no battery change to date seems to do everything it is meant to do would buy again

Easy to fit, cannot comment yet on battery life as i have only had it for a few weeks, but seems fine
