I had to pay an extra £150 for delivery in a box as I am on a Scottish Island, I ordered extra parts, 4 solid tyres, the captain seat and a 1000w motor there was a delay of a month before it was sent out as Green Power was waiting for the solid wheels to arrive from China. When it did arrive it was all set up and ready to use after removal from the pallet, a good machine in my opinion very solid suspension, hydraulic disc brakes to the front and drum brakes on the rear I am sure the parking brake could have been better thought out, a bit of a footer and awkward if you have bad fingers, so far my only complaint.

I am thrilled to bits with my purchase, the photos on the site whilst accurate do not compare to having this beast of a machine underneath you. I have read the reviews on here and had a few concerns. My previous machine had a wigwag control to operate direction and speed, this machine has a twist control and a switch to select direction. Within seconds I mastered it seamlessly, the other controls are superb and cleverly designed. I have not taken it on any long trips but daily drives have made me feel confident about its capabilitys. It looks are stunning an d it looks ready to race on a track with a real sporty appearance. The brakes are easy to operate and very effective if you are on a slope awaing for traffic to clear the parking brake is clever and easy to use. I am a chunky male 18 stone and doubt i would get 45 miles maximum range, however the battery charge indicator is very clear to read so if on a long journey I would easily see when I hit the half way mark and then return home. Trevor the technician that delivered the machine was very helpful and pleasant and gave an excellent demonstration of the machine and some helpful advice. The delivery was at least 4 days ahead of that stated when I ordered the machine so even more pleased.

Firstly, the specification is amazing. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now to become familiar with it. Yesterday I took it out for a 14 mile run in the sunshine - a mixture of roads and forest tracks; I visited woodland glades I haven't been able to reach for quite a few years due to advancing arthritis and a couple of other health problems, even hearing a cuckoo for the first time in years. This vehicle (scooter is a derisory term for such a well designed and engineered piece of equipment) performed well on very steep hills, roads and pavements, gravel paths and firm grass. At the end of the 14 miles, 2 bars out of 4 were still showing on the charge indicator despite some fast running and challenging paths (and a heavy driver). The styling has attracted many compliments not just from other oldies but even from some teenagers - "wow, cool ride, mate!"I wish I'd bought it a long time ago but I had put off the decision because of the forlorn hope that I would "soon be better"... don't make the same mistake as, like me, you could get your life back. To finish, just a few cautions: 1. acceleration is surprisingly sharp but you will soon learn to keep it under control. 2. It is too big to take on a bus or train, or to transport in an ordinary car. 3. Be prepared to use it on roads - government advice is to preferably use it on pavements but (at least in Surrey) most footways outside of town centres are almost unusable due to overgrown hedges, parked cars, excessive cambers, broken surfaces, etc.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with regarding mobility scooters and accessories. They only give three months warranty for their battery charger where Amazon gives a two year warranty with their battery chargers so very disappointed.

I’m not very impressed, first of all they delivered the wrong scooter then brought my scooter the next day , also the hand brake is extremely hard to operate, there is no steering lock , no reversing lights and no warning beeps, check before you buy

Absolutely great scooter ,i well worth the money just has advertised .driver brought it fully assembled and give a full run through .highly recommend.comfortable,lots of storage ,easy to use ,

this is my fifth mobility Scooter and I have been asked quite a few times where I got it and it's a super looking machine. the only problem I find is when I want full throttle it makes my wrist ache but that's not the Scooter's fault I have arthritis problems in my wrists. I'm working on something that will keep the throttle open once I have turned it full on. apart from that it is first class.

The storage compartment won't lock.So the £449 pound battery is not safe..And the parking brake is not working...I phone and reported the problems.They sad an engineer would call me,This was 3 days ago,so far i've heard nothing.. UPDATE All OK.It took a week but every thing is fixed.A great machine.!!!..
