These saddlebags were quick to put on my bike and are so large I can do all my grocery shopping by bike now, which was what I was hoping for. With these bags and a backpack I'm able to get everything I need. The only problem I'm having with them is their tendency to bend toward the wheel when not in use and drag against the spokes. I solved that problem by taking the strap meant to hold them to the lower part of the bike rack and wrapping it around the front of the bag, bending them away from the wheels. It's training the firm plastic backing to bend away from the wheel. I am extremely pleased with the durability of the material it's made with and the raincover it comes with. I am also pleased with the shower bag they sent along as a free gift. This is a well-made product. Much better that the poor quality saddlebags I had before, which actually ripped apart along the top. No matter what weight I put in these bags I can't see them doing that. This is worth every penny!*Edit: It is now October 2023 and I am still using the saddlebags on a daily basis! The only thing that has degraded are the straps that held the plastic snaps on. They basically rotted away, but the velcro is so strong that they were never needed as a secondary way to secure the load in the first place. But seriously I'm still using these saddlebags three years later! 3 years of almost daily use and no special care and I feel just as secure biking home from the grocery store today as I did the day I bought this! Best money I've ever spent!! Cannot say enough good things about the quality of the saddlebags and their insane durability!!

Since I bought an electric bike (Lectric 3.0 step-through) I've tried 3 different panniers and none worked. These panniers are FAB! They have clips to attach to the back end rack, but the clips weren't large enough for my rack. Instead I used zip-ties. They have straps to latch the pannier onto the sides, a strap to hold it to the seat stem to keep it forward, and various other straps for other needs..There are 4 pockets on each side. The largest one can easily hold a big bag of groceries (which I can carry using the electric bike), a medium size pocket for things like bike lock cable, a first-aid kit, etc. The mesh pocket is good for misc stuff. The 4th pocket fits everything else. If you were taking a trip of several days, you could easily get it all in. The panniers are well-made and sturdy. It even comes with a rain cover. It seems the manufacturer has thought of everything! You'll be very happy with these panniers IF you want bags that'll hold tons of stuff. If not, then buy something smaller.

This pannier arrived with great expectations and met every one of them. Except it didn't fit my rear bike rack. The bags are SO well made and SO well designed it broke my heart when the clips did not fit on my rather bulky bike rack rails. I've attached a photo so others can avoid the heartbreak...This is a seriously wonderful item and I only wish they would include an assortment of clips to accommodate an assortment of bike rack rails. It would be an easy adaption and well worth the minimal effort.The installation would have been a breeze. The storage options are abundant. And access is smart and simple. If not for my obese rails, this would be an enormously welcomed addition to my bike's outfitting.Highly recommended!

The bags appear to be well made. My gripes are as follows:-Clips will only fit a rack with maximum diameter rails of 9mm. The Aventon Aventure has 12mm rails.-Tops of the bags are secured with two straps with buckles as well as Velcro. Really don't like the fact that there is Velcro. It is more time consuming to secure correctly and will snag certain materials when loading and unloading.-Side net pockets elastic seems loose and I question it's long term reliability.

I bought a Radwagon 4 and I wanted some bags for groceries. After seeing the outrageous prices and sketchy reviews for the Rad Pannier bags, I decided to give these a try. First of all, I love the desert tan color, very cool. They have reflective patches on the back for safety...cool. These hold a good amount of groceries. We just got back from the store for a few items. 1 gallon milk jug, half gallon carton of almond milk, 1 bottle of sparkling grape juice and a hand of bananas (I have been told that is the proper term for a bunch of bananas, now you know). There was still tons of room in the bags and we only used the main compartments. The straps on these bags are fairly thin but they are not weak and I am not worried about them breaking. Overall, I think these bags are a great value and I am very happy with my purchase. Oh, and these come with a bright yellow rain cover that I haven't used yet and probably never will (Utah doesn't get a ton of rain and I don't intend to ride in the rain). The cover conveniently fits in one of the smaller pouches. I am really glad I got these and not the other overpriced pannier bags.

The inner (wheel facing) panels are not stiff enough to keep this from going behind the luggage rack and tangling in the spokes. Should either be used with a luggage rack with very broad coverage or you may need to get creative with adding another bar to your rack to keep it clear.Pros include excellent capacity and the materials appear durable.

Plenty of room, solid connection to my bike rack and most of all holds my groceries or other material (50lbs worth). It secures very well to the rack with strong clips and a nice locking belt to hold to the rack. You can also connect top bags very easily to this pannier. Easy installation, and durable. Comes with rain cover in bright yellow. Velcro closures work very well. The Grey is more of a grey green, than a pure grey which I like. I wish they made a color coordinate top bag for this unit as well.
