Product is nice product. But there is erroneous binding of pages from 81 to 120. I have to make rearrangement of pages by suitably removing the binding arrangement and repasting work whicj is not required by a consumer. The supplier should have cross checked the book before the despatch. Because of the low cost factor, the modifications have been carried out , out of interest to read and enjoy the contents.

Practical !
The book teaches ome serious practical exercises to counteract daily stressor. Is easy to read and very nicely written without diving deeply into yoga history and stuff, the book offers practical advice. The book covers theory in the beginning and ending chapters aim to teach various techniques to quite your mind and different ways of meditating apart from the usual focus of breathing exercises.To the point without much mumbo jumbo. Would recommend it!

It felts like already known theroy when reading some chapters
It's shows how to do some yogas not much yoga techniques. I guess only 7. It's mainly focused on how to handle and reduce stress but there is no matter or techniques about how to reduce stress. Lots of theroy rather than techniques. Moreover lots of pages are about food care and it's felt like reading science class in school.

Good Book
A Wonderful book and is nutrition for the mind. I am glad to have bought it. It's simple but has power to impact our lives by encouraging us to change our lifestyle both from within ourselves and the outside world.

Its a beautiful book. I would highly recommend to read this book. I also request to try to try to complete the book in 2-3 days.. this book has a power to form your positive life and reduce stress.
