Works, but the taste may not be for you.
The texture is ok, but although it says it doesn't have any artificial flavors, the citrus taste is quite present. I used 1 of the 4 sticks in the pack. I only bought a small one because I've had trouble with these electrolyte drinks. I broke my foot on a trip, and since then, my stomach has dealt with nausea and motion sickness etc, so i needed something to replenish after vomiting. Since trying this product, i have tried another one, called Liquid IV. (using the lemon lime). Which honestly, since i can tolerate the taste more, i am more inclined to drink it often, which is the whole point.(and less expensive then this product).I think if you are looking for this type of product, start with a small pack of 4 sticks, and see how you like it, before committing to a larger bag.

I live by this product. It replenishes you so quickly! It has a salty citrus taste which takes getting used to but really fixes any imbalances super fast. I love the taste now. The old company I used to work for used these with all dehydration cases and the results are so incredible. ENJOY

Excellent Correction for Dehydration
The taste as mentioned by another user is not good but it is simple to correct. I just add several ounces of orange soda with water and it tastes good.
