This camera does quite a lot, especially when you consider the price point. It comes with easy-to-follow paper instructions, but you basically just plug it in, and the camera walks you through the setup. The company apparently makes another camera that uses a different app, so you have to make sure to use the barcode on the packaging in order to get the right one. Other than that, the gadget itself couldn't be any easier to operate. It's very intuitive.The cord plugs into the cigarette lighter-looking charger (I think it's technically called a power port), and the cord is easily long enough to tuck neatly behind the headliner and down around the side panel of the door. Alternatively, you could get one of those fuse connector kits and plug it directly into your fuse panel. The benefit of that for my car would be that I could have constant power to the camera in case i wanted to film while the engine wasn’t running. My car shuts off power to the charger when I turn the car off, but I drive electric. Most cars continue to power the charger or cigarette lighter when the car is turned off, but I digress.The camera comes with a micro SD card that has far more memory than you’d likely need. It’s very easy to remove the card and stick it in a computer or phone to upload video or photos. This could be especially useful when handling an insurance claim or possibly fighting a traffic ticket in court. The camera can swivel 360, so if you wanted to car vlog (my kid is constantly asking to do this), you could do that too.Seriously considering getting a second one for the rear window. Also plan on taking this on our next European vacation to record driving in Paris. All in all, very pleased.

The size is perfect for being somewhat hidden in the corner for using it as a Private Investigator. The images are clear and useable in the variety of jobs the clients request. Product support was quick and easy, very fast responses. The suction cup design holder is just what I was looking for to quickly remove if required. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for a discreet dash cam.

I love this camera! It looks so much better than my last dash cam! It is easy to use just download the app and voila! It is self explanatory.

It does exactly what you want it to. It automatically turns on and off. The app works well. Able to download and save clips to your phone. It stays in place and the cable is long enough to wrap around edge of car so cord is not so visible. At nighttime, the video quality isn't as great but daytime video is great! One time in the last month, it wasn't automatically recording but that's the only time that has happened. Great value!

Works as indicated.Long record time.Slow transfer of video via direct wireless, but since card is removable, not a big deal. Also, automatically kills your wifi when on, but you can disconnect it, and camera will still record to card.

The product was delivered in one day (great service by amazon). Talking about the product, it came as described in the details; all the parts were intact, although it was missing the SD card. But their customer service was great, as soon as I told them about the missing part, they addressed with a quick follow-up email with the refund amount. The product was easy to install with instructions. The camera and all the other accessories work great. Plus it comes with wifi ability and you can see videos easily on the app. For less than $50, this product is really a good choice. As roads are full of crazy people, it's better to be prepared with good dash cams. I highly recommend this product.

This is a well-designed dash cam. It makes me want to get dash cams for my extended family.Setup is super easy, and the default is in English which is helpful :)The wi-fi connection to the app works flawlessly on an iPhone 8. It's nice to be able to see what's on the dashcam screen on your phone, which is likely more visible than the screen.This dashcam is pretty small, it's just a round body which you can suction to your windshield or rear window, or mount to your dashboard. I went the suction cup route. It firmly mounts to the window and isn't going anywhere.Another nice benefit is that the dashcam comes with a 32GB MicroSD Card. However, note that nowhere does it say that it's an endurance card, so it likely won't last long. I'll use it for now. Also note that the manual makes it seem like 32GB is the upper limit for card storage supported. I haven't tested higher, but apparently if you use a larger card, it will just store on a portion of the card.As you can see in the 3rd attached picture, ThiEYE was nice enough to put a USB port on top of the 12V plug. Because, when you plug in your dash cam, you have to remove your USB charger, right? And you still need to charge your phone, so this is a valuable addition.This dash cam is a keeper. I'm looking forward to many years of use from it!
