Because I don't have much time to go to gym, so I decided to give it a go with this device.I didn’t feel comfortable for the first time, It gave me a feeling of light electric shock, but then I get used to after second time. I just use it 10-15 mins after my workout or whenever I read.It definitely can help to build my body. The system is quite easy to use just place it where ever you wanted to and press. Love it!!!

So first and foremost I'm wondering why Amazon has such troubles delivering things to me. I have found packages for other houses at my door and vice versa. This time I found this in front of my garage rather than my front door. Is it so hard to walk up a flight of stairs and deliver it to my door?Next the instructions are written very poorly. The English is bad: "its able to avoid 30minutes after dinner." I'm assuming its telling me not to do this 30 minutes after eating. "To push switch off/dec button until let lamp off, when it doesnt act during in working time." Huh?!? I think press off button when finished and not in use?The instructions doesnt like wht the different programs are, just red not one is mode A, red dot two is more B and so forth. What is more A, B,C...?I put it on 3 areas the first day and turn it on to what I think is the highest setting. I can barely feel it and have to keep looking to make sure they're still on. I bumped one and it turned off so I had to restart it.I buy products from Amazon because they're easier to get and a little cheaper. But you cant tell when you're getting american products or from another country. This came a day after receiving it. I'm going to keep trying it for the next two weeks but if it's not good I'm going to return it.

I did not think it would help me lose weight, but my feelings seem to be getting a little slimmer.Sticker pads can be placed in place carefully and used for a long time.It is easy to attach and use. I feel like it exercises my muscles. Great product with competitive price.

Literally would give this a zero if that was an option. I am beyond disappointed. I had an abb toning belt when I was younger and it worked wonders and I had abs in half the amount of time that would of normally taken me this didn't do anything but give me a little tiny electric shocks. No muscle movements whatsoever and I know what an ab belt is supposed to feel like because I've had one before this is not an ab toning belt it just shocks you don't waste your money this is terrible it JUST arrived 10 minutes ago and im sending it RIGHT back.

At first, I was a bit apprehensive of how it would work but after only a week I can definitely see and feel a difference in my arms and stomach muscles so it is definitely working for me.

There is no time for me to go to the gym because of my work. This piece of muscle simulator is just unbelievable. Overall experience is amazing and I am looking forward to getting abs in the future.

I got this for an addition to my workouts. I was very impressed with this purchase. The item worked as described. The instructions are very clear. I was scared or was going to hurt at first but it really wasn't bad. You definitely feel you're muscles tighten. I love that it rechargeable too! My wife is jealous now and wants one for herself. It's definitely worth the money.
