The stripes are printed on, not woven into the fabric, so one side is a little "stiffer" than the other, and while the fabric is cotton, even after several washes & rounds in the dryer, they haven't really softened up. I knew they would be wrinkly w/o ironing, which they are, along the edges, but that's not really an issue for me. I just wish that after several washes they would be softer and absorb more than they do at this point. Still glad to have them as the primary purpose was to reduce the use of single-use paper napkins, which they do.

Cheap Chinese junk soaked with perfume to hide the factory funk. Scratchy like 100 thread count sheets.After two washes and one soak with Funk Away, these napkins still smell like perfume Hell. Nothing like wiping your face with sickly strong perfumed cloth. They are super thin as well. I’ll be looking for a more restaurant quality napkin that’s soft and isn’t see through. I will use these to wipe the dogs’ butts when they come back inside.

I enjoy using these napkins. They don't feel overly sophisticated, the linen is light and breezy, and I think the dark color looks good. But after washing, they wrinkle a LOT. I'm not going to iron them, so I end up with wrinkly napkins. It's not an issue for me at home, but if you're looking for something that will hold up for many nice dinner parties, this might not be the best choice.

These napkins are well made, evenly cut, and well-hemmed. Being 100% cotton, they need to be ironed after using, of course. But the crispness of ironed cotton far exceeds polyester, so cotton is my preference despite the need to iron. Cotton also looks best if you use napkins rings. These are nice quality napkins at an affordable price. I'm pleased with my purchase and would buy these again.

Cold water washed separately this morning. 8 out of 12 napkins are damaged as the result of poor workmanship. The hems were not turned under & stitched properly.One napkin had a printing flaw (see last photo). This is the first time I've had to leave such a negative review.

wrinkle like crazy so if you want them to look really nice you will want to iron. For everyday, three meals a day (we don't use paper napkins at all) they are practical. Nice size, the navy and white is versatile and looks really nice if you use white dishes. Glad I added them to my cloth napkin supply as some were getting pretty worn out.

I have been using napkin for my dinning table and guests trolley but I always end but compromising some times on size sometimes on quality or the print also but this one has every quality in it. a very good size to put on lap whilst eating or to make designs with to enhance the table look and the thing which makes it super practical it's 100% absorption and machine washing doesn't fades which is very convenient. Over all A very good buy

Beautiful vibrant blue color that will be absolutely perfect for all my poolside dinners ! This linen folds just crisp enough to retain whatever fold you set it into , yet is also the actual perfect napkin for usage as well. Love that it’s a larger size to allow for both beautiful presentation purposes as well as function use without guests running out of space to keep it tidy.
