Photo of product is not the same as what was delivered.
Every photo of the UBE-BDP I've seen on any site shows the ergonomic handles. Yet, my model did not include these. Many of the photos show an older model and happily, my unit is the new style, which is a plus. My model almost looks like a factory second. The join line of the two halves of the plastic shroud in the front looks rough. The unit seems to work ok though there is a stunning lack of documentation on the product.
