My wife introduced me to collagen, and we both love this product. I'm certain based on my wife's knowledgeable encouragement that it's very good for my hair, skin, and nails. We both love the berry flavor the best, and we subscribe so that we save a little money and can take it daily without fail.

This is my favorite flavor of collagen. It’s not sweet. One scoop makes your water taste delicious. I use 1 scoop per day in 20oz of water. I bought to strengthen my collagen. It’s supposed to increase your collagen, which we lose, as we age. I haven’t used it long enough to judge if it really works. It’s reasonably priced so I’ll keep using it.

New to using the item but it came highly recommended for helping with health and aging. Powder easily dissolvable and tastes good.

If you are looking to add more collagen to your diet for anti-aging purposes, this is a pretty good tasting, quick way to do it. I just have to remember to do it daily!! I like that it has vit. c too, because it is an anti-oxident which helps to gobble up the free radicals that promote aging. All and all, a good purchase for any menopausal women.

My skin is definitely happier now that I take this every day!

This is my favorite brand of collagen peptide powder. I use the recommended one scoop per day and I fill my entire water bottle-even though the 40oz is more water than recommended, it still tastes great....and it really helps motivate me to hit my daily water intake goals.

I have been receiving the unflavored version on auto-ship for some time and like it. It truly has no flavor and is easily mixed with anything. This month, the unflavored was out of stock and substituted with the orange flavor. I was using the scoop out of my last carton, thinking the orange scoop was trapped at the bottom, for several days before I noticed the sticker on the package indicating they've "gone scoopless." While I very much appreciate the attention to limiting plastic waste and am a proponent, the directions for a serving are the subjective "rounded teaspoon" or 4 grams. No way I'm measuring this fine powder out every day on a scale. And I've apparently been underdosing for days since the serving size on the unflavored version is a scoop or only 2.9 grams. Finally, the directions call to mix it with 8 ounces of your favorite beverage. I mixed the 2.9 ounce scoop with 40 ounces of water and the orange is STRONG. I can deal with it in 40 ounces but I honestly think it would lock my jaw in only 8 ounces of water. If you have a strong aversion to the memory of orange baby aspirin, I'd skip the orange flavor. But for goodness sake, I hope they bring back the scoop!

It tastes great, I will say. Haven’t been using long enough to see a difference, but my sister in law recommended to me and she owns a beauty bar so I trust her opinion!
