6 ft. Ceiling Mounted Laundry Drying Rack CH4180-O, Space Save, Pulley Laundry System Clothes Laundry Dryer Including Clothespin

Bought this to replace the floor standing drying rack so there's one less thing for kids to knock over and to reclaim floor space. It's been 2 months and I use it 4 times a week. I like it. Installing is not the easiest and you need some extra hardware since the ones included assumes concrete ceiling which is not the case for most houses in the US. Follow the installation video you can find by searching for "Wellex CH4180" that is about 3 minutes long to save you some hassle. It differs from the installation instructions given (some steps swapped).Picture description mentioned 63 inches drop which is not true: the 6ft rods, the clips and the rope are 50, 54, 60 inches from the ceiling at its lowest respectively. I think this could be a problem for a ceiling that is 9.5 ft or higher.It takes 6 complete cycle on the rope to completely raise / lower the rack so it's a bit of pulling although the force needed is very reasonable even for a rack full of wet clothes.When the two rows of clips in the middle is removed / slide to the side you can hang bed sheets with about 5' wide.The clips are easier to use than the regular clothespin even though you still need both hands. I hope to find an extra pair of clips so I can hang even more cloths but I couldn't find it in US so far.I recommend it.

There are not nearly enough attached clothes hangers

Great space saver. Really nice to both get the clothes out of my way and up to the ceiling where it is warmer. Relatively sturdy; the raising and lowering mechanism is a little suspect for long term durability, but no issues thus far.

This is a good product. Due to space limitations, the contractor (doing the remodel of laundry room) shortened the rods to fit. The pulley mechanism is a bit slow, but is tolerable. There are not enough pins/clips included in the package, and I have been unable to find how or where to purchase more. So instead, these hanging clothes peg clip pins are a great substitute (Amazon purchase):yueton Pack of 12 Clothes Peg Clip Pins Rope Hanging Clothesline Windproof Hanger (Multicolor)Overall, and to-date, I am extremely pleased with this product.

Great sulotion for saving space and hanging your laundry indoor. Very smart, and easy to role down and up.

Best drying rack for tiny house life. Bonus- clothes dry extra quick since it’s so close to ceiling.

Love this thing just what i wanted... now i don't have to dry jeans and tshirts on the chairs and stair rails.

Love ths product now that it is installed but it was not much fun installing. Get someone to help you and good luck with the instructions.
