Not what I expected - but company rectified the issue very quickly
UPDATE: 9-17-2020The vendor reached out stating they would like to resolve any issues I was having. The vendor quickly replaced the item and communicated very well throughout the process. I would recommend this product and I also admire the service they performed to resolve my issue. Service to me, at times, is even more important than the product itself.The product never delivered the power advertised. I plugged the phone cable into the USB port and the cable smoked and melted. It fried the cable. Fortunately, it did not damage the phone. This was the first time I used it. Can't return since it is 32 days since I bought it

Bad connectors, inverter seems fine.
2000W inverter. Several reviewers commented that the connections would overheat at high amperage. That is most likely true. The alligator clips won't make a good contact with the battery. If ring terminals and the proper gauge wire are used, with the battery sufficiently charged, all should be fine. Tested the inverter with a 600W drill: it did fine.The 12V lighter plug didn't have a fuse, as I usually see. I consider that a hazard.All considered, a good price for a fair product.

This did not function a expected or desired in my mother's vehicle, whom I bought it for. Thus far the product is a bust but in fairness I do want to try it in another car to be absolutely sure.

Recomendadisimo al 100% me salvo la vida este aparatito pude solventar mi problema de energía el 15-18 de febrero en Texas de verdad excelente producto pude hacer cafecito en el frio,usar microwave de 700 watts y cargar mis teléfonos,lamparas etc

Broken terminal grommet & Damage to case
Received the item next day. Like with another product from the same manufacturer. The only thing they did right was fast shipping. Opened the box to find the terminal grommet broken into small pieces. The case where the positive terminal is pushed in. It looks as if the unit was dropped or something hit it on the terminal and pushed it in.1. Connected it to a 12 volt batter power source.2. Unit turns on.3. Connected a computer to it and it worked.4. Connected a computer and a small Wal-mart 5 cup coffee maker and it worked5. That's when I noticed the smoke coming from the alligator wires that come with it. I went to touch the wire and they were way too hot to touch. I had to use welder's gloves to disconnect the unit from the battery.Like the other one I ordered, went back in the box and returned immediately.JUNK.

Junk won’t run anything I wantedI got a cheap one from princess auto that is 1200w and works better and puts out more powerDon’t buy this not good !!

I think it is a joke!
At the first look it was way too small for 2000w inverter and cables provided were way too thin. Anyway I connected it to battery and I turned it on and few seconds later the cooling fan went on even though nothing was loaded and then red light was on and it stopped working period.It is a piece of junk.
