I was suffering terribly from a sinus infection that just wouldn't quit. It was summer, so that made it feel even more miserable. I needed to manage the symptoms, and after using medications to get through the worst of days, I was looking for something new.My mother swears by regularly using a saline spray, and I literally cannot remember a time when she has suffered from a sinus ailment. I am a little averse to spraying anything up my nose, but I had heard of neti-pots, and thought that maybe it was worth looking into a but more.I stumbled upon this product, and with positive reviews paired with an intuitive design, I decided to go for it. I am so glad that I did!When using this, I am sure to carefully clean all parts of the neti-pot, and to use only water that I have filtered, boiled for 5 minutes, and cooled. The sensation is odd, I will not deny that. But if you are thinking the sensation will be similar to getting water up your nose when you are swimming, I promise it is not in any way like that. I use half of the water on one nostril, and the other half of the bottle on the other. I blow my nose after treating each side, and the feeling is incredible.I am so glad to have this neti-pot, and happy that it comes with the salt mixture packets. As a first-time user, it has made the transition so incredibly easy.

I am a Chiropractor and very familiar with Neti-Pot use for the past 20 years. Having dust allergies that leads to chronic post-nasal drip a common problem. The old style pots were not easy to use and head angles found water pouring out onto my clothes. This type of pot does exactly what it says, once you push the release button, gravity forces the water like a gentle stream into the notril and out the other with no water running down your face or onto your clothes. Very sturdy construction and no chemical/petroleum odor like a lot of plastics coming from Asian markets. Definitely buy this product!!

This product rocks! It comes with the bottle, 60 nasal salt passages and (what I believe sets it apart from competitors), a temperature gauge that can be attached to the bottle. This is to ensure that the water temperature is in the proper range for the product to work effectively.

Used it and it seemed to really help. Nose was so much clearer. I could breath again. It takes a little to get used to but worth it.

I've been using neti pots for a couple of years to help with allergies/sinus issues and this little guy is an essential. It comes with the device, a couple of different nozzles, 60 pre-measured salt packets, and a thermal decal. First off, the thermal decal is hit or miss. Mine stopped working after a few weeks so I just chucked it. The salt packets are a god send so you don't have to guess the amount (until you run out) and the extra nozzles are nice to have but I'm good with the one it comes with. The great part about this neti pot is that you don't have to get your head in some odd angle to properly drain the water out. There is still some tilting because of human anatomy and gravity, but nothing as bad as using a tradition neti pot. I highly recommend this for anyone who does nasal irrigation regularly.

My package arrived without the temperature sticker which was disappointing. I like how gently the water comes through on this rinse bottle. My previous bottle I would sometimes squeeze too hard and it would hurt my ears or inside of my nose. I would recommend this, but wish the temperature sticker was included.

This says external use only. I have no doubt most people are like me and did not realize that this said external use online. The actual product itself works and I like it better than the neti pot - easy to clean and much easier to control the flow into my nose. I would always get a weird feeling in my head when using but I thought that was just because I’m not used to there nasal thing and water going up my nose. Not sure but I cannot recommend anyone to buy this unless you make your own solution and just use the device.
