Save your money.
Iv had it for 3 months and have learned how to ride it. However it is now not rechargeing. Iv had it plugged in all night and 3 green lights fash on on side and one green light flashs on the other. It's got no ap to tell me anything about it. And it died less than a mile of riding in normal conditions. I got a flash of blue lights! No clue what that means. So for $350 I wouldn't get this again. I'm trying to save up for a professional one now.

It is one heck of a challenge
This is our 2nd day abusing it, I say that because we've all crashed it and it has been damaged a little. I'm 6'3" 255 and 50 years old, my girlfriend's daughter is 17 and my neighbor is 23, we've all ridden it, somewhat successfully. I can say once you get the hang of it, it is fun. There are nearly zero youtube tutorial videos on the ins and outs, I think we will put one together, like our page Major Tom Films for the update video tutorial, coming soon. How to ride it....Lightly (we found if you start it at a driveway end where the driveway lip is raised slightly above the gutter, that works best) and I mean lightly, like a feather place the left foot on the left pedal slightly toes town, then quick as a cat lift the other foot and land it squarely on the right pedal. Trust me, this takes many failed attempts for me, lighter and younger people pick it up much faster. Try to grab the handle if you start loosing control and have to jump off, this'll avoid damage like we have. (broken tail light and plastic underneath and between the tires. INFLATE THE TIRES (they are a real pain to do so without cutting your finger on the housing body due to the inflate stem being bent flat against the wheel rim, you have to bend it out with one finger and attach the air pump with the other) well before using it.UPDATED info... 5th day it said contact customer service (yes it speaks) and all lights (that are usually green) flashed red, I turned it off and on a few times until it lit up green again and said hello. I'm pretty proficient now, it's fun, I still fall but few injuries lol. Hint: lift it up right before pushing the power button, have it on a flat surface too. My ankle bone on my left foot hits and is uncomfortable while riding, maybe we'll get something to pad that area or wear high top shoes.

Rip off!
This product was delivered broken and not working. The company does not pay for shipping on returns and it cost me $81.00 to send back! What a rip off! I don’t know why Amazon does business with this company!

Good product for beginner with reasonable price
I enjoy the overall features except I can't find a way to turn up the speed limit. It keep saying slowing down for me is kinda annoying.
