Achatti Latex Waist Cincher Black

The Achatti waist cincher seems to be good quality. It has 4 bones, cotton on the inside/latex on the outside, has two sets of hooks in the front, and is about appx. 9" long in the center back and appx. 12" in the front center. I am 5'10" and could use a longer cincher to accommodate my longer torso, but over all I am happy. At nearly 180pds, 36/38D bra, 33/34" waist, 43" hips, w/ a wide upper back, I purchased the size 36. It took 3 mins to put on. While it seems I'd be able to attach some of the hooks to the tighter setting, I can't do all of them without really hurting my fingers much less my flesh, so I'll just wear the unit as is and move to the entire row of the tighter setting in a few weeks.Pros: Relatively comfortable to wear and to put on ( I put a bit of Odor Eater Powder on my back b4 snapping the unit on the first time around). Fast shipping. Competitive price. Constant reminder to "sit up straight." You'll eat smaller meals and pass gases readily. Hides well under most materials.Cons: A bit short on my torso. Creates a row of unseemly back fat at the top of unit. ( I assume this will go away as the unit stretches or as I lose weight. I try shirts on first then check my back before I leave home.) The lower 5 hooks don't seem to pull in as tight as the upper hooks, creating a bit of a pouch look. My side profile looks like a"J" ( I think that if the torso were longer, I wouldn't have this issue). Granted I have a gut to begin with, but I found using the right shirt, creates a nice silhouette. Also, I'll target those lower ab muscles a bit more the gym.

I really would like to try a larger size. But I've already purchased a size 32 and 36 and can't imagine going to a 38 when my regular jeans are only 34. I have requested a refund for the 36 but because I allowed my niece to use her account to purchase for me the 1st size 32, I can't figure how to maybe send the 32 back and exchange it for a 38. Oh well, $50 loss I surpose. (unable to reach my niece)

The sizing guide may be difficult to understand...but for example I overall wear size medium so I choose size 36. It flattens out belly area, some other types make the belly buldge out. this one makes the belly flatten. I use this to train my abs. I wear this during cardio, and ab workout and maybe during at home time. say two three additional hours. fits nice under sweat cloths . make me engage my ab muscles so I remember to hold tummy in. this really works to whittle the waist line. I intend on ordering the size 34 in the next few weeks to get my abs introduced to a smaller size. I love this belt.

LOVE this waist trainer! I tried the Ann Cherry ones and they were either way too small or too big and very expensive, so i decided to try a different brand and boy am i glad i did. This brand is soft material on the inside so its nice on your skin. Its still latex on the outside. It made my waist real small and looked amazing! I bought one in black and now im buying one in nude.

Item arrived on time, great product. It's a very good material and the workmanship is great on the stitches and eye hooks, the only thing is that I ordered per the specifications, and it was too big and loose for me . Other than that , I would have loved it..
