The salt itself is fine, although the packaging received isn't as per the picture in the listing, although the clear plastic bags used are good quality and also resealable, and having the 20kg in 4 x 5kg helps resolve carrying and storage issues.Although an error was made dispatching my order, this was immediately resolved and an apology received from Westlabs.The courier used is UKMail, and although they collected my order Thursday afternoon, they didn't rush to deliver it to me until late Monday. You can track your order via UKMail, although the tracking offers very little information compared to a lot of couriers, and you will have to keep looking on their system to see the status of your delivery, although you will only be able to see if your order is out for delivery, as no indication as to an approx. time it will be delivered, unlike some couriers that will narrow it down to an hourly slot to prevent you waiting in all day unnecessarily.Overall, when you consider that Asda sell Epsom Salts at £1:30 for 200g, ordering it in bulk from Westlabs certainly saves you a great deal of money in the long term..

Hate to admit it, but my toenails were horrible and I didn't think they'd ever be OK. I normally just hide them with polish as soon as good weather comes and I start wearing sandals! With lockdown, I thought (as no-one beyond my family is seeing them) I'd try this. It seems to be working (albeit gradually - but as I said they were in a very poor state!). I am on my second purchase now as the process is quite slow, but the infection is gradually receding and my toenails are looking better. I will continue to persevere and hopefully the end of isolation will also coincide with toenails that I don't need to hide......PS the lotion does make your nails a little yellow but this is temporary.

I like the fact that these pens are real easy to use, most of my toe nails were/are really bad, but after one month I have seen a slight improvement, I purchased a second set of pens, so I am hoping there will but much more improvement. If I have to use it for more than 3-4 months it will be way too expensive at nearly £20 a month as I am on a pension.I did receive a letter promising me a free set of Amazon gift card, but the email and website in the letter were no available, so not very happy about that.I gave 4 stars because of price.

I ordered this for my 20 yr old daughter. The liquid treatment actually does seem to work if you can get out of the dispensing pen. Out of four "Dispensing Pens" only two worked. The other two as the pressure builds up (as it should do to A/Break internal seal & B/ push the liquid out & down onto the brush) the twister suddenly goes slack again and doesn't dispense the liquid. So this suddenly becomes very expensive. A major design flaw or too cheap materials used.

I am the least patient person but I have persevered with this.I have had bad case of fungal toe nail infection on one big toe nail for a couple of years, it covers 2/3 of the nail so it’s bad.I have used this for 3 months solid, trying my best to use twice a day but if I’m honest I have sometimes missed day’s and sometimes only used it once a day.I am now seeing the new nail growing through with no fungal infection coming through which is really positive to see.I think people maybe giving up too soon so I urge for you to continue with it.It will take a while for it to fully grow out but I can see new Clean nail Coming through so I am pleased.I am still going to continue to use it as I can’t do any harm.

I never leave reviews but this product works. I ruined my nails wearing false nails for too long. Until recently didn't realise this was fungal nail just thought they're damaged, nothing I could do. For years I've had to always wear nail varnish to hide the problem. Then I saw pictures of fungal nail and realised that's what it was. I chose this as it looked simple to use, it is, it worked. As you can see from the photos there is still a way to go but they are improved enough to show it works. I'm now on my last phial of four and have ordered another set to completely get rid. I have other issues with my nails, ridges etc but will try to tackle that next and hopefully have nails I no longer want to hide. Highly recommend, for not much effort to get these results after so long with the problem is brilliant.

I have a very stubborn fungal toenail infection and tried many different treatments and products over the past years to get rid of it. This one actually works. This is the 2nd time I ordered this - Rome wasn't built in a day either, u have to be patient -. A piece of advice: use a nail file or a manicure/pedicure machine on the infected area to make the the nail thinner and help the liquid to absorb and use a tad bit not just on the nail itself but also on the top where the nail parts from the skin. And remember, fungus is infectious and spreading, anything u use (scissors, nail files etc.) has to be disinfected to keep ur other nails and ur family's nails safe. A medical grade disinfectant spray can come handy.

I've always been slightly embarrassed with the state of my toenails. They're not as awful as some I've seen online but they are discoloured and brittle. On holiday I feel particularly self conscious.I'd tried the products offered by the more established brands and whilst, over the course of a few months, I have noticed some improvement it's a laborious and expensive process that never really delivers the results I'd hope for.I didn't really expect the Amada pens to be any better but I thought it worth a punt mainly because of the competitive price. They arrived quickly and after 2 weeks of applying 3 times a day I can genuinely see an improvement in my nails. The horrible yellowy brown colour has begun to fade and there's evidence of some new growth where previously there was none. It's early days, and whilst I'm loathe to make any outlandish claims I've never seen an improvement in such a short time. I like this product enough to have re ordered and would recommend it.
