Jin Jun Mei is one of the most exquisite examples of Chinese black tea. It is a black tea originally from the Tongmu village of Wuyi Shan City, Fujian province, and the tea bud grown in 1800 meters original ecology mountain. Jin Jun Mei is picked before the Chun Ming Festival every year, and picking the standard is very strict, often only using the bud tip. Production processes includes plucking, withering, rolling, fermentation, drying. High cost, less raw materials, production is low, making Jin Jun Mei born on a very precious.
