Why spend close to $1000 for a generator just to have someone with a hacksaw cut through the handle in 30 seconds and make off with it? This won’t stop anyone that’s determined, but it’ll sure slow them down or make them look for an easier target.

I can not remember being impressed with the quality and workmanship of these handy little devices. WOW! Outstanding finish, dimensional accurate and just a quality product. Buy without fear, $13.00 is the bargain of the century. Don't forget hose barb, approved gas line, hose clamps, sold separately.

Worked well until I removed the cap after the first tank of gas. The gasket had deteriorated and split in a ring around where the seal contact was made. The portion exposed to the gas began to crumble, not good in a fuel line. Production cost on something like this is probably a buck. You'd think they could spring for a fuel resistant gasket and have a happy customer. Will work fine after I spend the time to find a decent rubber washer that will fit. The funnel worked well. I assume those who gave a favorable review have not removed the cap and inspected the rubber seal. Hope you have your fuel filter in place.As a followup, I purchased a fuel compatible gasket at Napa which does the job. It is maybe 1/32 too big, but seats well. It's part 730-9506 and cost $5.19.

Of course my item was delivered and the (custom Allen wrench) was not included in the box! So I figured I would try a regular Allen wrench......fits it perfect! so any tweaker that has an Allen wrench can take the security bracket off and bye bye generator So my tip to you is buy some JB Weld after you install and cover both ends of the screw

Installed on generator to change oil and worked flawlessly. No mess to clean up and easy fill with fresh oil. Installed repacement dipstick with magnet. Nice upgrade...

This is not a theft deterrent at all. A minor inconvenience to any nutter who really wants to take it. All you need is an Allen wrench, which by the way, a HOLLOW Allen key tool? Really?? Trying to save weight or something? Make it more aerodynamic while you're at it. Would not buy again for theft deterrent reasons as it is not.Does NOT fit the EU2200i. One side fits, the other side does not line up for the bolt. Takes a LOT of adjustment so get the wrench, hammer and vise ready to correct the inherent failure points displayed in this product.Does add some stability to the handling of the generator though. Large hands and increased handle size allows for better maneuverability tossing the genny around. Waiting to see if it it makes the indicated rattle noise others had indicated. Most likely will need additional adjustment to alleviate that ailment as well.

Aluminum fill/drain tube with auxiliary cap and dipstick. Nice and solid, now to get a case to store the two pieces in.

If you frequently use your Honda 2000i, these tools are well worth their cost, especially the oil drain attachment. It will save lots of time and clean up when changing the oil in this genset.

the drain and filler tube extension is good.Works just fine.But...The drain plug has the threads cut at the incorrect pitch and will not thread into the engine block but about one turn then it binds up.Complete garbage.DO NOT FORCE as the material is harder than the engine block and will ghall out the block threads.Returning.

Listed as fitting the 1000, 2000 and 3000 so it would be assumed that it would fit the 2200, but it doesn't. Looks to be very good quality, so if you have the above you should be good to go! I would hope in the future the seller will make it clear that there's a difference.

This kit comes with 3 items:1. Funnel extension - works great BUT you can not see how much oil is needed to fill - 3 stars2. Oil cap with magnet - works good but unsure if the small magnet would help remove debris - 4 stars3. Extended use gas cap - The cap is great BUT the seal inside dissolves during 1st use. Replacement seals (2 of them) performed the same. Because of this design failure, it is now in the trash - 0 stars!
