This product is absolutely necessary to the care of my elderly mother. However, lately, even though the posting says you will receive 72 diapers, the warehouse only ships 24. A complete rip-off at the price they charge!!!Do not order from H*nest M*dical, they are Dishonest.

The positives:good odor controlThe negatives:Terrible fitmentDoesn't wick moisture, leaving intimiate areas marinating in urineDue to the poor fitment, leaks are a huge riskI would never leave the house in this diaper, it's very likely something would go wrong.

These new style of Tena briefs is really good. If you've tried the Tena stretch, these are similar as far as fastening goes, except the wings with the Velcro are shorter since they don't stretch and being a 32" waist this makes the product fit comfortably in size medium, unlike the Tena stretch medium.Absorbency is great. The diapers are really thin and I didn't expect them to hold anything, however I tried them at home and they actually hold better than Tenas because these have leakguards!I am very satisfied with these because I can sleep a full night and not worry about changing if I wake up while changing position in bed. If you like the regular tabbed style give these a try, you won't be disappointed.
