Moves A LOT of air. Not so much that on high you get blown away like some kind of Hollywood movie. We have a body shop and wanted something to help push the dust out. This fan is exactly what we needed. Four blades make is well balanced. On Low the fan does not move at all. On high a slight vibration, but no shaking or oil canning.Seems to be very well built. Like that it has 1/2 HP motor (not 1/3 like the imports) Like it even better knowing it was made in the good old USA. The quality shows.Come is a real big box, ready to plug in and turn on. No assembly required.

This is a basic "windmill" shaped fan blade in this fan, and for that reason it does not move the air like a well designed blade would, and it makes a beating noise that could be eliminated with a better blade design at little to no extra manufacturing cost. The motor is weak on the low setting, and cannot maintain fan speed if there is a counterbreeze, such as out in a patio. Otherwise the quality is pretty good and the low speed setting is sufficient to cool and protect against mosquitoes within about 10" of the fan. There is no competing fan on the market that I know of with this size, and I bought this used from the maker, and I am glad to have received a nice price drop. It comes packed well on a pallet so be ready to get rid of a pallet.

Very well packaged and worked perfectly. Not a single down in the unit. The outside box comes very Walmart right side up. When open from the side as directed, the unit rolls right out on it’s own two wheels with an excellent handle. Excellent paint job. For such a large fan, one might have expected a little bit more breeze on the lower setting, however on the higher setting it worked very well. It is very quiet. I did not have any trouble with it walking across our basement The picture enclosed gives you an idea of its size.

First off, prepare for a pallet size box to show up. You will probably need a dock to receive it. Moves a decent amount of air, but not as much as you would think. Good for warehouses, long rooms and like size areas. Very noisy so you don't want this where you will need to carry a conversation near it. For a little more money you can get a serious industrial fan that will last a lot longer and put up with a lot more abuse than this will.

We receive the item, and never works, something with the engine, we contact the supplier and request for an exchange but never receive the new product.Not recommend it!

This is a large, Made in USA belt drive floor fan/air circulator. Belt drive units are slightly more expensive but are more durable than direct drive units that can translate fan blade vibrations to the motor shaft/bearings - that eventually leads to premature motor failure. This unit has two speeds low and high, it's very quiet on low and not that noisy on high. Tt is mounted on sturdy wheels that assist in moving the fan, and has sturdy handles on the outside of the drum body. Color was red not our first choice but the Amazon Prime price (w/shipping) was right compared to other vendors. Has a 2-year warranty.This unit arrived in excellent condition (its a large box, this is a 42" diameter fan) but that depends upon the shipper's handling of the item. If the fan/its box is subjected to rough handling or sustains box damage in shipment it is very likely the fan inside will be damaged or bent because there is little padding or packing material around the drum body - so immediately upon delivery, inspect yours carefully and plug it in and operationally check it.

Due to the size and packaging, the unit showed up dented. We didn't have time to mess with shipping it back. The dent in the drum was simply tapped out with a rubber mallet from the inside of the drum. The unit moves a lot of air and should last a long time.

We weren't sure what to expect with a reconditioned unit but this is great! It's in excellent condition and works perfectly! Excellent price too!
