The good things that make this well worth the buy outside of the obvious (like 4 languages in 1 book):1. Good quality of print and good page thickness for small children3. The illustrations are beautiful for all agesThings that they could improve on:1. I wish the colors were more prominent in the corresponding illustrations rather than just a small splash of the color2. The phonetic pronunciations could use a little work. The Chinese ones stuck out the most to me, while each made sense and could work, I felt like a lot of the subtleties in the different tones were lost. Including the pinyin for the Chinese words would help a lot with that.3. Including a sentence that utilizes the word by describing the corresponding picture in each language would have been awesome (i.e. "the zebra had a BLUE scarf")Overall, the shortcomings are minor and all things that I plan to change/add myself so I would still 100% people to buy and use this for their kids.

I coordinate activities for individuals with dementia. I bought this book to read to them while we are talking about color. I will read the word in English and have them identify the right colored balloon (or other object) and then I will discuss the colors in other languages. I have an individual in my group who speaks Mandarin and they were so happy when we started talking about the language. This book is primarily for little kids, but it can also light up the lives of adults!

I bought this book for a gift to a Mexican child new to the United States, in hopes of helping him feel more "at home" and not alienated while waiting in quarantine. It is a simple book with pictures of things children recognize . . and the names of the things in both English and Spanish as well as other languages.

I got this for my grandson as a preschool graduation gift. It wasn’t quite as exciting as the superhero figure his other grandma got for him, but I thought it was pretty neat. It’s a simple introduction to learning a foreign language.

One of my baby's favorite books. I think she really likes the simplicity of the illustrations. I started reading this to her around 3.5 months and still do it now at almost 5 months. I've learned a couple things too!

My 1 year-old enjoys this book. The illustrations are nice and I like that it has the colors in several languages.

I love that the colors are bright n vibrant. This is the perfect book to help your child learn their colors! Great book for a fantastic price!
