Didn’t know what to do with the O-Ring so I put that on the paddle side of the oar, and slid the water deflector over the O-Ring

We bought a couple of Lifetime kayaks this summer. They came with paddles but drip rings weren't included. Installing these drip rings went quickly, the O rings have to be rolled on but still not a difficult task. They work fairly well - I did still get some water drips while paddling, but for the price, I'm glad to have them.

I use these on a greenland paddle which isn't circular but oval. It works great. Rugged rubber construction. Easiest to put on wet.

These drip rings fit just fine on my Lifetime kayak paddles (the stock paddles that come with the Emotion Tide kayak).Have not had the chance to take them out on the water yet, and I'll certainly update my review if they don't perform well.I saw another review that mentioned that these rings didn't fit well on a Lifetime paddle, but I'm not sure if that reviewer used the O-rings properly, or at all. The package comes with O-rings which you install above and below the drip ring, to keep it from sliding. Without the O-rings, the fit would be very loose on my paddles, but with the O-rings installed, the fit is snug.

I didn't like that it didn't get here in two days. I didn't like that I didn't know it was from China till after I bought it. It works and fits, but I felt deceived.

These are more rugged than standard Carlisle drip guards. Combined with the O-ring locking system, which is simple and genius, these are well worth the money.

A little stretching/warming up and they slide right on . Just finished a 50 mile kayak race and these rings kept me drier than my other paddle on a 3-4 mile leisure outing.
