Yummy!
I like the smell of coconuts because it reminds me of the Philippines. I couldn't wait to taste this creamy coconut! Yummy! Later that afternoon, I opened this Munkijo organic coconut spread jar to surprise my husband, he was so excited. It's delish! The product came very well packaged. It has an expiration date of July 2016. There's no way this coconut spread would last a week with us.

Not what I was looking for in my search of ...
Not what I was looking for in my search of coconut spreads of my youth, but still quite tasty. I imagine this is made by using heat to evaporate the water from coconut milk and sugar. However, it's a little bit too roasted for my taste, reaching what one might consider coconut molasses. There is a lot of separated oil in the spread, and even vigorous mixing leaves too much of the coconut oil slopping out of the jar.

Thick, smooth, rich.
I love the viscosity. It's the difference between a honey-thick smoothness vs a gelatinous jam. I like that this is more of a thick syrup than a jelly-jam.

Freaking awesome coconut spread/jam.
This coconut spread is freaking awesome and the thing I love best about it, besides the flavor, is that it doesn't require refridgeration!! I use this on whole wheat toast and sometimes straight out of the jar on a spoon! It's that good!!

Kind of weird tasting. Doesn't taste much like coconut, reminds me of tamarind or something.
