What can I really say? It's soy sauce that isn't as salty as you'd expect. This to me is a great thing! It does seem to have a strong flavor which I also enjoy. Makes my food taste better than I expect and for a large bottle being so cheap, it's a great option if you use soy frequently.

The product shows in the picture container only water and Soy beans. The production I received has food additives added, including MSG and food antiseptic. Don’t buy it!
