Japanese Kit Kat - Strawberry Cheese Cake Chocolate Box 5.2oz (12 Mini Bar)

My order arrived quickly and didn't have any melting issues.Flavor was delicious. These aren't Kitkat flavors that are easy to find here so the cost is worth it!

I've bought two boxes of these now, they're just so good and so different from anything in the U.S. that I've ever found. The greatness of being a Kit-Kat (one of my all-time favorite candies as it is) plus the delicious flavor of Strawberry Cheesecake, it just works. I only eat maybe 1 or 2 of these a week, after all they are like 20 something bucks a pop; so its definitely something to savor. They're mini bars, like the size you would hand out for Halloween, so don't get confused, you're not getting a lot here.But despite all that, the uniqueness of the flavor in the form of a Kit-Kat bar makes this worth it for a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of purchase. I Absolutely love these.Also a bit of a random side note but I didn't even figure out the box until my second order of them, it actually opens kind of like a shoe box so you can see the candy displayed, unfortunately the plastic that keeps it sealed was a PAIN in the butt to get off. in fact the plastic was so difficult to remove so much so that I had thought it was intentionally keeping the box 'permanently' sealed and had been making the mistake of opening it from the sides with my first box. I finally saw a picture of one opened the 'correct' way in a similar listing and opened it up that way, makes it much easier to access your candy "properly" instead of fishing them out from the sides of the box.

I wish Kit Kat would bring in the selection they have overseas to the US.

These were delicious, but SO TINY. For 12 KitKats, $16 is already a hefty price tag. Then you open the box and realize these are even smaller than your standard size KitKats, making this a very expensive candy purchase indeed. The flavor was great, but not enough to warrant the price tag more than very occasionally.

Look, these are really good, but I didn’t realize how FEW you got for the price of nearly $18. You receive 12 miniature KitKats, total! That’s nearly $1.50 per each mini KitKat. Compare this to the price of other Japanese flavors with an equally high rating, and you have to factor in the novelty “tax” with what you’re actually getting. If you’ve already had a lot of of flavors and you’re looking for something unique, it’s worth it. However, if you’re just looking for some different KitKats that taste great, other flavors are better for the price.

Five Stars for flavor and less than One for that $9.29 shipping charge! When I ordered them 9 May 2016 these fun taste treats were eligible with Prime. It has become so simple to use the 'buy it again' feature -- the shipping charge was listed as 'not available with Prime. Decided that it wasn't worth that added charge and found another Strawberry Cheesecake flavor treat from Fiber One. Yummy flavor and texture and actually good for you!If this is Prime eligible in the future, I'll order these little treats in addition to the Strawberry Cheesecake from Fiber One!

This kitkat doesn't really taste like Strawberry Cheesecake, but more of a Strawberry Shortcake flavor. Not that there is anything wrong with that, just an fyi. And if you don't know the difference between the two, it doesn't matter. Its still an overall tasty kitkat C:If any of the Japanese kitkat flavors seem daunting to you (there is purple potato, rice bean sandwich known as Adzuki, Chilli Pepper kitkat... The list goes on) this one is definitely a safe bet. Its just the right amount of sweet, chocolate strawberry (strawberries are sweet anyways but still!) and is sure to be a crowd pleasure with everybody. I gave one to a friend, a coworker, my teacher and classmates. And everyone really liked the strawberry cheesecake flavor. My japanese teacher even said it reminds her of Strawberry Pocky back in her hometown Tokyo!For 12 mini bars is the price is extremely steep. But they are japanese sweets so thats understandable. For myself I know I won't be buying these often, I was just curious as to why Japanese sweets are so popular. Now I know why! : )

Délicieux, quand on commence à mettre le nez dedans c'est bien dur de s'arrêter 😋 Un véritable délice japonais comme tant d'autres parfums que seul le Japon a (miam la saveur melon).
