Can’t find low dose, the other one I was using super hard to find. Chose this one and works well to supplement my diet without putting unnecessary high doses in my body! 10/10 will buy again.

I was happy to get a large supply at a very reasonable cost. It arrived quickly and ended my constant search for this product on store shelves.

It is difficult to find B12 pills that are a relatively low dose. Many B12 pills are many times over the recommended amount. These B12 pills were the lowest that I could find. They are small and go down easily.

These individual pink "pills" are 50 mcg only - a far cry thankfully from the typical 1000 mcg. It's thought that the body doesn't, absorb too much in spite of such an overdose the 1000 represents. Nevertheless I am relieved to be taking a far more logical dose. I have not researched the company, though, so I can't speak to their quality. Perhaps one of you could do so.

Delivery, use and value were excellent for these 50 MCG 4 pack B-12 products. Unfortunately, well after I started taking one daily, I found additional research that highly recommended that those of us in our 'Golden Life' (over 65) needed to increase their daily dosage to 1,000 MCG to counter the cumulating effects of aging. After finishing up the 4 packs in a hurry (10 tablets per day), I have replaced them with 1,000 MCG dosages (also from the same vendor). NO problem.

So far seems okay with no side effects.

Consumer Labs rates this as one of the best B12 supplements. And I agree. 50mcg is more than enough - if you take more it isn't absorbed so it's a waste of money.
