The rear part of the orthotic is comfortable. In the beiginning the forefoot was pretty comfortable but has changed were there is less liquid going up to the front from the rear as you walk. Ideally there would be more fluid in the forefoot as there is in the rear.I do like these.

They took a little getting used to, but now they have literally saved me from a lot of unnecessary foot pain. So thankful I found them and they arrived just in time. Please don't ever stop selling these. I will absolutely be buying again.

I have neuropathy in my feet and legs and decided to try these insoles and so far I really love them. My legs feel better even after only two days of wearing these insoles. Hopefully the neuropathy in my legs will continue to improve. I plan to recommend them for my daughter as well. The only problem was that they were delivered to my neighbor by mistake but that was not the fault of the seller.

These orthotic inserts are filled with air. My (previous) Dr. Scholls inserts are gel filled and (in my opinion) provide much better cushioning. I'll try these inserts for a while, and if my opinion changes, I will update my review. Howeverr, as of now, I am disappointed.Update: I don't feel that these orthotics are worth it. There are other orthotics that provide more even cushioning. With these orthotics. if you step on your heal, then the air moves to the front of the foot - leaving the heal without any cushioning at all Having the cushioning move around is not good. Rather, it should remain in place so, no matter what part of your foot you step on, cushioning will be there to cushion your foot. I reduced my rating after using these orthotics for a week. In fact, I removed these orthotics from my shoes and put my Dr. Scholls orthotics back in.

These are great for boots

I have neuropathy & am a server. I'm constantly on my feet & I was always in pain for years. These insoles were the best purchase I've ever made for my neuropathy. Immediately noticed a difference & the company is wonderful! They stand behind their 1 year warranty. I will always use these insoles. For some people, at 1st you may need a few days to get used to them. I, for one, loved them from the 1st moment I tried them!

It was bad. It didn't do what was claimed. I read reviews and felt secure with buying this I was wrong. I don't know if they were compensated for their reviews or what but I didn't get the same experience that they did. I even gave them to a friend thinking it was just me. They said how bad they were as well. They went to the trash. Complete waste of my money.

Almost everyone has a foot problem Since ancient times...foot issues have plagued mankind. Most problems do not need custom orthotics by a podiatrist. THESE GELS INSERTS are AMAZING....I have an unstable foot...which has responded like MAGIC...with NO PAIN on WALKING and NO PAIN at severely calloused metatarsal ...forefoot region. I have clawed toes, severe gait imbalanced unequal foot size by 2 or so inches and other awful stuff. ALSO HAD POLIO as a child, surgery on foot 24 years ago and I kept the hardware in. TOO LATE TOO DANGEROUS to remove now...but these inserts turned a life of SEVERE PAIN to a comfortable state. I have a leg length discrepancy..and refuse the ugly built up shoe..I PROMISE YOU...if my condition was totally relieved...YOURS will too.DIABETICS/VASCULAR cases need physician consults...but pure ortho cases will be stunned and HAPPY!!! Bless the vendor,manufacturer!!!!!! THE GELS MASSAGE YOUR FOOT GREAT CUSHIONING!!!
