Chickpeas with Cinnamon. Roasted and Slightly Salted 500gr. Vegan, Gluten Free.

I add these to my cereal in the mornings. And to my salads. They also go well in soup. They add crunch and flavour. Chickpeas are an amazing food, help control blood sugar, help with digestion, and can play a part in lowering cholesterol.

Couldn’t eat these, I expected them to be crunchy, but the mistake was mine, not the quality of the product, I should’ve checked more thoroughly, as crunchy peas are available. Just a hint of cinnamon, so a decent flavour didn’t make up for the unpalatable texture.

I found these to be for too dry for me to eat. They absorb every bit of moisture from your mouth. Having said that if you are into these then the flavour is certainly good. Good value for money but must be kept in an air tight container as they spoil quickly otherwise.

Nice strength of cinnamon taste, great to get a snack with no added dat or sugar, something very hard to find.Bit dry for some people but personally I like things as dry as possible, just something to bear in mind if you don't like things like that

I didn't know what to expect with the cinnamon, and was pleasantly surprised. A delicious snack; will definitely order these again.

This product arrived 19/01/22 and the best before date is 31/12/21, so out of date. It is also not eligible for return so has gone straight in the bin.

Good value compared to many chick pea products
