Very elegant. These have a very neat and well constructed outer and inner section in gold & silver, respectively. The filigree is on point! In some cultures, we only ever purchase 22 carat gold and above. It always has a smooth, classy look without that extra shine and bling. These aren't gold but have that same, polished look. Of course, most costume jewelry is made of alloys or much lower quality of gold, giving it that yellow or shiny look. If that's the level of bling you're going for, this isn't for you. Remember, all that glitters is not gold. And this statement piece fits that perfectly because it can appear muted or understated but speaks volumes when paired with the right outfit. Works best if your hair is piled up in a loose bun or something; so your hair strands aren't in the way. Or maybe a high ponytail. The rubber stops at the back are great. Just be careful of a scarf or clothes that might touch or entangle. It comes in a great, little bag to prevent being oxidized. I got it for a discount on Black Friday but it's worth the price listed. It's got some weight to it but not so much where you have that feeling of your earlobes dragging downward. The length is great for an accent piece.

Beautiful and very classy looking. The inner section of the earring spins as you move. I keep them in a tarnish-free bag that AMAZON sells. They’re very inexpensive, but keep costume and silver jewelry looking new.
