Great product! Very sturdy!

Not only are these a beautiful addition to our patio, they are also sturdy and fairly easy to put together. We bought 3 and was informed that they would come in separate shipments. First one came with-in a week, however, the last two seemed to have gone awry. I emailed Amazon/Seller and within 2 hours I got a call. They asked my permission to send out another 2 and when/if I got the original 2 send them back with the prepaid shipping label they provided. This conversation occurred yesterday and by 11:30a today we had the replacement set. Amazing Customer Service!!

Had a couple of challenges putting it together, but mostly fairly easy. Seems a quality product--nice and sturdy with a pretty cushion.

Solid, well built. Comfortable. Assembly required but straightforward and tools provided. Well designed kit and directions. Very heavy but rolls easily once assembled. Only drawback is the use of plastic in the seatback adjuster, not sure how that will hold up over time with direct sun - would have preferred to see metal there. Cushion tied in place with velcro fasteners for easy removal/installation so you can bring it in at night. Very comfortable.

The chaise exceeded my expectations. Yes, you have to assemble a few key parts. The instructions are not as fully-narrative as I would like, but pictures are provided for you to follow. The nut/washer/spacer/bolt assembly where the seat attaches to the back of the chair was shown backward in the instructions, but it was obvious it was backward, especially when you go to put on the plastic bolt "caps." That they provided caps to cover the bolts is a nice touch. All tools are provided, but I did use my pliers to tighten two of the nuts. The cushion is "meh," but I ordered a thicker one from another online vendor. However, overall, the chair & cushion at this price is a great deal. Would not hesitate to order this again.The vendor did email me to ensure I had no issues. Again, nice touch.
