Simply the best vitamin for pregnancy and breastfeeding. The negative points are that it is big to swallow and its taste is not the best. Lol. But that's fine because this vitamin was great for me during my pregnancy and it's being great during my breastfeeding. You may notice your pee with a strong smell and a bright yellow color, almost fluorescent, but that's not a problem.

This is a Great product! This is my first pregnancy & I wanted to find a prenatal that was beneficial for me & baby. Something where I can see working with my body & giving me the health support I needed during my pregnancy. I've tried a few drugstore brands & ordered a couple others online but all were just simply gross plus they always seemed to have that nasty sugar coating. Other brands were hard to bare chewing or swallowing. I've seen many adds on Instagram on rainbowlight prenatal & decided to give it a try. I won't be switching to anything else. It gave me a boost of energy especially because I'm still working (mind you I'm 7 months along). I'm able to remember things better than before because pregnancy brain is real! The pills are pretty big but I don't have trouble swallowing them though, if you do I suggest breaking 1 in half & taking them in pieces. Not a bad flavor they just taste like a vitamin so palatable. Plus they list everything on the bottle so no random extra dyes, sugar, gelatin, or fillers. All in all I feel during pregnancy these are the best choice.

I have been taking these since I was pregnant and am now 3 months postpartum and I can tell the difference when I take them versus when I haven’t in awhile. Not only are they helpful for my baby but my nails and hair are the longest they have been in awhile. I will say the taste is pretty bad if you can get past that as well as the taste lasting in my mouth for a little after taking it. It was difficult at first but just keep taking it and you will get used to it. Decently easy to swallow but they are a bigger pill.

I was a multi vitamin nomad until I found this. Rainbow light is by far the best multi vitamin I’ve tried. Price is nice too. Non nauseating, appreciate how it doesn’t cause any digestive issues. I feel less fatigued too.

I had a different prental vitamin from Amazon. I was trying to go more organic. I found this had the most and best reviews. The most important thing I was looking for was the b12 being the methylcobalamin so my body didn't have to work hard to convert the cyanobalamin. Over very pleased. It does have a smell and small taste but just wash it down with your favorite drink.

These are the only prenatals that don't seem to upset my stomach and I can easily get them down. They also have great ingredients that my doctor approved of. The flavor is not the best but with water and eating before that seems to really help.

I like the prenatals. Good ingredients. Still smells a little funny, but it’s a multivitamin! Goes down easily. I don’t get nauseated after taking it. I’m assuming it works…but I have no data or labs to know for sure!My only problem was I ordered 8 month supply and I received 4 bottles ALL EXPIRING IN 2.5 MONTHS!Needless to say I wasn’t happy. Amazon doesn’t offer easy returns on this product…actually they say they DON’T. But I complained and texted with CS and I’M HOPING to get my refund in a week. We’ll see.Anyway, I recommend this brand and pill, just check your expiry date!!
