Encouraging, interesting, a must read.
This book is a must read for anyone who has an interest in football or faith. I found it encouraging and it was very interesting to see what life is like for a Christian footballer. It covers a broad range of footballers from different countries and in different stages of their careers. Their stories show that a person can have all the fame and money in the world and find they are still missing something. My particular favorites were Sammy Ameobi and Leandro Castan. Also, if you are not a big reader this book is for you because it is short and well written so it could kick start your reading habit.

Quite Short
Wanted to love this but felt that the content was limited. Very short testimonies. Interesting but read in less than a couple of hours.

Perfect book for sports and football enthusiast especially boys and men who traditionally don't read! This is an inspirational book that can be picked up at any time and read in small portions if necessary but gives a remarkable insight into the world of how top level footballers seek to live out their Christian faith.

Perfect messages from real sportsmen not simply do-gooders but footballers ...
I read this book earlier this year and bought a special copy for my Christian friend Opi from Ghana who made his debut for Bristol City at Watford recently. Perfect messages from real sportsmen not simply do-gooders but footballers who are dependent on God and serving Him in the real world of professional sport.
