So glad I purchased this plan! We use it so often, we leave it out. It's nonstick and cleans like a breeze. Food cooks evenly and everyone enjoys using it!

Ok. This is not your old school cook everything on high pan. The pictures I have seen of the pan with scorch marks in the center are because people are using the product wrong. I know this because I did the same thing with the same results when I bought my first ceramic coated pan. Start off at med high heat then once the pan is hot start to go up from there if needed in small increments. The heat distribution on this pan means that it gets up to temp a little slower than you are used to and that you don't have to cook at the highest heat setting all the time. This sounds like a bad thing and believe me it took me a little while to get used to but it is worth retraining yourself to work with the pan instead of trying to make the pan work for you. I have owned all the non stick pans known to man from T-fal to ceramics and in every price range under $100. This pan blows my mind with the ease of use and the true to advertising non stick ability. Melted cheese, sugars, and even plastics are no match for this pan's coating. Is it indestructible? Well of course not since it is not made of diamond. Will it hold up to a higher level of use than most other pans you have owned? In my year of using this pan on a daily basis I can say yes. After a year of daily use with common sense care while cooking this pan still looks brand new. This isn't your spray on then flake off black coating of "non stick" material (T-fal). This is a heavy duty pan with some heft to it with a real heat distribution design built into it. As my other pans fail ( and we know they will from experience) I will start replacing them with Ozeri brand. I highly recommend these as they have changed my cooking experiences. I hope this helps clarify some of the reviews I see on here. The pan is not defective but instead people are using it in ways it was not designed. Don't use high as your heat setting for everything all the time, stay away from metal utensils (spatulas and spoons), and remember that with a little common sense while using it this pan can be a game changer in your cooking experiences.

I love, love, love this pan. I was told by my sister to get it. It is great and easy to clean. Follow the directions for acceptable oils and heat. I actually got more as a gift. I love all the available sizes.

I bought this in 2021 and it has held up beautifully and the stone-derived non-stick coating has not chipped or worn or lost its non-stick properties in the slightest. No matter what I cook in it, just running it under warm water and a few wipes with the dish sponge and it is sparkling clean.What made me write this review now, two years later is that I wanted a smaller size pan for doing a quick egg in the morning so I bought an 8 inch size pan, also with what they claimed to be a "non-stick" surface. Well, turns out, all non-stick surfaces are not alike, because I was expecting the new 8 inch pan to have the egg slide off it like it does with this Ozeri pan. Not so. My eggs don't slide off at all and it takes scrubbing power to wash residue that sticks to the surface. In short. This pan is TRULY non-stick; others may just call it non-stick.The beautiful metal bottom does get discolored, but mostly that is my fault as I left this get too hot a few times. If anyone knows the best way to really clean the aluminum metal bottom of pots, let me know.Long story short....I LOVE this pan! BTW, I am just now ordering one of Ozeri's 8 inch pans to replace the piece of junk that I recently purchased which has a surface that is anything but non-stick that I am very unhappy with. You find something of quality, stick with it; I am sticking with this Ozeri brand.

I waited almost 7 months to do a review just to see how it would hold up. So far its done really well! The only bad thing i have to say is that the center of the pan has gotten really brown. I follow all the directions that came with the pan, including not using it with more than medium heat. Other than that, it cooks super well. It keeps the heat distributed evenly. Heats up quickly and holds heat well. There are a few scratches from my husband using a knife in it.. but thats not the pans fault. In conclusion, its a great pan!

I bought this pan in November 2020 and now it's May 2023. This pan still cooks beautifully, cleans like a dream and thanks to the thick bottom it hasn't warped. I love it. I cook dinner 3-4 nights a week in it so it's very durable. I've owned 3 sets of the famous ladies pan sets and this pan is what those pans wish they were. Buy it, you'll love it!!

I purchased this frying pan in June and wanted to use it for awhile before giving it a rating. I am pretty happy with it and cook with it almost every day. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board is that when I hold it under a light it seems that there are a few scratches in the surface although I am the only one cooking with it and have not used any utensil that isn't silicone or nylon, nothing metal. I have also been careful with the heat settings used - nothing higher than medium high although I am used to using a higher heat for searing, etc. The pan is still very "non-stick" and has performed great for meats, sauces, eggs, most everything I have used it for. Very good pan for the money.Update Dec 26, 2020 - the few scratches in the surface have not worsened nor have they seemed to impact the performance of the pan. Just purchased another Ozeri pan, the deep 12" skillet with 2 handles and lid. Hope to get as good daily service as am getting with first skillet.

I waited a bit to rate this pan, as most will do well for a while. I’ve used it almost daily for nearly two years now and it is still doing great! I do hand wash it and, of course, don’t use metal utensils in it. I would highly recommend this pan to anyone.

Feels good quality and well made. Love the protective mat that comes with it so you can stack other pans on top without worrying about scratches. Time will tell how long it lasts

Hasta ahora muy bien, nada se le pega, por lo mismo que nada se le pega, el aceite aunque lo rocíes con un spray, queda en gotas y no se distribuye, eso no es un problema, las verduras pasan por encima y se fríen sin más, uso aceite de oliva porque el aceite vegetal me arruinó dos sartenes de teflón, en el momento que se quema el aceite vegetal ordinario y no se limpia de inmediato la mancha, si vuelves a encender el sartén después que se enfrió, se desprende el antiadherente como si fuera goma de plástico, no voy a hacer la prueba con este sartén se ve de muy buena calidad, además el antiadherente se ve que viene por fuera también así que es muy fácil limpiarlo. La tapa es muy cara, ahí es donde se cobran lo barato de este sartén.El mío llegó con unas líneas extrañas como si hubiera sido utilizado y regresado, pero imperceptibles, anda perfecto. Comprenle la tapa.Actualizo la reseña en cuanto note algo más.

Absolutely brilliant pan, best I've ever had. After first usage I knew I was going to love it. Non stick coating does exactly that, and it's super easy to clean and cooks things very evenly and quickly on a sensible heat without making a mess. Very happy!

Heavy, solid frying pan. Lasts long time. Replaces one bought about 7 years ago having had very heavy usage, with dry frying, very hot temperatures.Delivery good. Social distancing observed by courier company used.
