I have always had large dogs, the first time I purchased one of these was years ago for a pit bull that I had with a large head and I wanted to make sure he would not break the collar and that I would have control. since then I have had one for years on my 8 year old mix breed so when I got my little dogs I wanted them to have the same type of collar. I sear by these.

This collar is sturdy, size is easily adjustable as your pup grows. It must be comfortable too-our farm pup (who never wears a collar) didn’t even seem to mind having this put on! Just as vibrant in color as the pictures. The leash loops are sturdy and easy to use. I have no doubts that this will hold up for years with our Golden and I will repurchase in the future, probably in more colors!

Cuz I do! He's a shepherd husky mix, which means that he's got a thick neck & a narrow head. Anything else we've put on him, he can slip it... even the harness we tried the last time we looked for an "escape-proof" lead. We don't want to put a choke chain on him, because we had a dog who took that as a challenge and would pull until she hurt herself. This is a nice mix... the collar snugs up when he pulls, but it's wider so it doesn't dig into his throat too harshly.Well worth the investment... he hasn't gotten out of it yet.

My dog loves this collar. The leash attachment makes the collar smaller when your dog pulls, which may be concerning if the leash is too tight to begin with. It isn't a breakaway collar so I would make sure that you have your eyes on your dog while they are wearing it, but for everyday wearing when you are watching your dog, this works very well. My dog normally wears her collars out very quickly, but she has not torn this one up at all. It has kept its color well.

I ordered the wrong size first. I measured but because my dogs measurements were on the line I ordered the next size up and had to send them back. Re ordered them using the inches they actually measured and they fit fine, look nice, and function as they should. The company was great about the return and got the 2nd order to us fast,

I bought this for one of my Maremmas. Her brother has ruined numerous other of her collars while playing. I am very pleased with this collar so far. It looks lovely, is reflective, is easy to adjust and is the perfect size. It seems very strong and durable and works very well when taking her for a walk. This is a really nice collar; better than I expected and it looks great too. I think I shall buy one, in a different colour, for her brother.

My dog is a 45 lb Pitbull mix and we got size medium. It fits perfectly! The hot orange is a great color for late night walks. We bought a second one for our other pup because we loved it so much!

This was a good product. Vibrant color and worked well. It just didn't work for my dog who is a 100 pound German Shepherd mix. He fought it until it slipped off. He has a lot of fur being mixed with possibly Chow. I was hoping it would lock down as intended, but he still got out of it. I would recommend maybe for a dog with less fur. I had to return it.

Our lab wears this all the time. What I like about it is that I can leave it loose on him so it doesn't leave an indentation on his neck like other collars do and yet it's safe to leave loose because he isn't able to pull out of it if we needed to hold him back from something or if he's on his lead. Labs have a lot of neck jowls and this collar accommodates a growing dog so well. Also it blends into his coat seamlessly and looks great. It's help up to heavy use well!!

Excellent quality and looks great on my dog lol The only thing I would change would be to add a second D ring to hang tags. Would definitely purchase again but I don't think I'll need to. I think this one is going to last.
