F500-F10 Electric Scooter 10” RED, 36V 350W Powerful Motor, Easy fold, Long Range Battery, Double Safety Breaking System

I purchased this electric scooter and only was able to ride it less than 10x's and got an E5 error code. I did research to find out it has something to do with it's engine & instructed not to ride again!

I loving my Fiat electric scooter so far. The assembly was very easy, it took about 15 minutes to get the scooter up and running. It’s sturdy, fast, has good brakes and the battery life is impressive. I'm able to zip around in Los Angeles with ease and getting a lot of looks. It's much cooler than the rental scooters littered about.

This is my review for Fiat F500-F10 Electric Scooter 10” RED, 36V 350W Powerful Motor.Background: This is my second scooter after M365 from Xiaomi. I took a chance even though there is no review available for this product because of 2 things: the brand Fiat and it is sold by Amazon.com.All riding experience is based on my own. I am a big guy and I weigh about 230 pounds with my backpack.Shipping: This is on Amazon and UPS. The box was shipped upside down(you can tell by where the shipping labels are). As a result, the box had 3 big holes when it arrived to my house. One of the Scooter's wheel was exposed before the box was even open.Packing: Upon opening the box, the board(where you step on) had 3 large scratches and various red part of the had dings. The foams that were supposed hold the scooter together was loose to begin with. The product was already damaged before I started using it.Assembly: Installation was easy. There was a screw driver included with 4 screws. It took about 2 minutes to assemble.Manual: The manual SUCKS. It is so poorly written and the illustration looks like it is drawn by someone from preschool. The resolution of the illustration is low many of the them are jagged and looks cheap. English is close to broken and definitely not written by someone who is fluent in English. The manual does NOT tell user how to switch between normal mode and high speed mode(Spoiler: double tap the button).Built: The scooter is heavy(around 30 pounds). Its built is sturdy and does not feel flimsy.Ride: Acceleration is good even when I'm heavy. Although a little slow, the scooter had no problem climbing hills with 15% slope on a smooth ground. Break is responsive and not too tight. I do not know the material of the tires(does not say anywhere), but I feel every single bump like I hit a rock or something. The head light works but I do not ride after dark so I have not been able to test its effectiveness. The break light is small but again I ride in the day, not applicable to me.App Stats: There is NO app for this scooter. You basically do not know your how many miles you have put on the scooter nor you will know if there is any system issue that can be happening. Without an app, there is no firmware update available. This is a huge letdown.Warranty: There is no warranty information available in the manual. It just says "Contact retailer". And I know for a fact that Amazon does not do warranties. This is my final straw to return the product and find a bigger brand that stands behind its products.I gave this 2 stars because of the riding experience was smooth and good. Everything else sucked(including the price). If you are looking for something that is for occasional use, go for it. If you are looking for something in a long run, look again.

This scooter really surprised me with its power and battery life! I’m a 200 lbs man and this scooter carries me around downtown denver with no problem. I’m a first time user and this scooter was very simple to learn and set up with the included user manual. Scooter was delivered on time and in great condition, Fiat really hit it out of the park with this great looking, fast, easy to use scooter.

I ended up returning it and here's why. It claimed to have air tires which on any scooter without suspension is A MUST. For whatever reason, it came with solid tires.... Even though the wheels had the holes in them for pneumatic tires. Oddest thing ever. Other thing was there was no fast and slow speed. They were both fast.That's one of two things I would say we're pros. It is indeed fast as far as top speed goes. Around 22mph using GPS. The second thing that was very good was the brakes. Stops on a dime. If those 2 things worked I would have kept it. Light and compact with a good headlight.

I quite love this scooter. It is easy to assemble and the outlook is awesome. I received it a few days ago. It is easy to learn how to ride it. I wanted to have an electric scooter for a while. I have searched for an appropriate scooter online and compared for different brand. The one is Fiat which is reliable. I am very exciting to have it due to the quality is also as reliable as its brand. The battery is stable. I have ride it for 40 mins with non-full charge. I think with full charge it can ride for more than 1.5 hour. Recommend it!
