Love this! An entire package (2 servings) has only calories & 1 Carb ! Oh & 1 gram of fat! But it has 16 grams of protein! Now that is my idea of a snack. And unlike protein bars, it doesn't melt. I leave 1 in my glove compartment, pack it when I travel. They have a unique flavor and you can taste it's not filled with preservatives. Only complaint, it's not cheap, but then quality and especially kosher food never is!

Thanks to Aufschnitt for solving my years long search for Kosher Jerky. They make several kinds and all the ones I have tasted/eaten are delicious. They are pricy because of the cost of kosher meat but as an occasional treat they are worth that price for me.

This jerky does make a great snack. I do not dislike its flavor or convenience in being so very nutritious, but I must admit that, because I had bought only beef jerky before from the company, I was rather surprised by the texture of the turkey. Not a big deal, though. Just expect a poultry-like texture from this fun snack!

I live in an area where Kosher food is hard to come by; so I'm grateful to be able to get this delicious jerky!

Taste great, but not worth it for the price. Both flavors taste great.
