I bought my original pair of these earrings for my birthday, and they are GORGEOUS! The roses are smaller than I anticipated, but they are very dainty and do not overpower the earlobe. I actually prefer their actual size than how I envisioned. The roses are just beautifully made. They even have a little green area to represent a leaf! Each petal is distinct and delicate, and the pink colour compliments the roses perfectly. The pearl drop is very classy, not too big or small. The posts are made of surgical steel, making them hypoallergenic and absolutely perfect for my sensitive ears. I have had no reaction at all, even when perspiring with these earrings. You really cannot go wrong with this pair of earrings.When I took them off after the first time I wore them, one earring fell onto the ceramic tile floor, and the rose petal chipped. The chip didn't look too much like a chip, and could have been confused as the intended shape of the rose. However, I was unhappy with this as I LOVE these earrings! When I saw them going on sale for $14.99, I unhesitatingly bought two more, just in case I'm careless with them again. Now I have backup pairs!

These are really pretty earrings and very well made! I might return them, however, but only because they're a little much for style. Either way, I highly recommend these!

I got these earrings as a gift for my mom because 1928 is her favorite jewelry brand. She likes the earrings and they look just like the picture, but the label says “2028.” Buyer beware if buying the actual brand is important to you.

The earrings are lovely and a good size and drop. The porcelain roses are a soft pink and the pearls look real. I converted mine to clipons and they sit well. They were inexpensive and a good purchase. If you like pretty, then buy them.

I had a slightly larger version of these earrings many years ago and loved them but I lost one, so when I saw these whilst looking at the 1928 jewelry, I decided that I would get them again! These are a little smaller than the original pair but they do very nicely and compliment evening summer attire! I love them as much as the originals!
