My mom turned me onto this many years ago for arthritis pain. It does work and I ordered more than 1500 bottles to resell in my small retail shop. Tart cherry contains an antioxidant that flushes uric acid out of the body reducing inflammation. Enough said. Try one bottle but it should be this brand. I have tried others and they failed. It's only Traverse Bay Farms that worked for me.

When I noticed that eating a few dried cherries every day stopped the slight hip pain I felt every night, I looked online to find them in a capsule form. I wanted to continue using cherries to stop the pain, but felt it would be better to avoid the extra sugar in the cherries.This is the first Cherry Dietary Supplement that I tried. One pill a day works for me, but my pain was mild and in the beginning stages. This supplement seems to stop the inflamation that causes the bursitus pain in my joints. My sister had ignored this pain and it progressed to a much higher level. She has recently had to begin cortisone shots in her hip joints to aleviate her hip bursitus. My advice is to try using this supplement at the first sign of the pain, do not wait for years and when the pain is unbearable.I am very greatful for this product and highly recommend it.I have relatives who take this product for gout, also. It works well for them and they were able to stop taking prescription drugs for Gout.I am so glad that I tried this product and will not be without it.

I ended up giving these away they made my stomach hurt (I have a sensitive stomach)so can not really review on how well they work.

I have been using these tart cherry pills every night before bedtime and I really think they help me fall asleep. I recommend them!

I have arthritis pain in my knee. I began taking this product (2 caps, twice a day) and started to see a bit of relief after 2 weeks. Now that it's been 8 weeks I would say that my pain is about 90% better. I would definitely recommend this product but you must be willing to give it 6 to 8 weeks to work. It is definitely not an overnight cure.

I found that this helps me with my sleep. I read that studies show that cherries are one of the few foods that are a natural source of melatonin, the chemical that controls the body's internal clock and regulates sleep. Research indicates to eat cherries — or drink some tart cherry juice — about an hour before hitting the hay to get a good night's sleep. So instead I take 2 of these tablets one hour before going to sleep.

I've been taking these along with a glucosamine supplement for arthritis in my knees for about two years now. My knees feel very good these days with very little occasional pain (usually in cooler weather). I also like the fact that tart cherry has many other health benefits (cardiovascular, etc.), too.

These do help my knee pain which is partly osteoarthritis. They also help me sleep cause of the natural melatonin in tart cherries. I’m a happy repeat purchaser!
