Please don't buy this. I used this product and it completely wiped away all of the good bacteria in my system. I now have terrible digestive issues.

I did not notice ANY effects by using these two (raved about) products. I am not sure what people are talking about when they are going on and on about it in the ads.

If you are trying to lose weight, this is for you. If you have any issues with constipation, this is for you.

I was looking forward to the benefits of bowtrol but I got sorely disappointed.I even tripled my dosage and still didn't get the desired effects.
