Don’t waste your money
Frame was not sturdy. Looked cheap. It did not even stay down, you could see thru the side of it. The glass did not fit the frame. But the glass was the big problem. You could hear it breaking in little pieces when you moved it. I bought The frame to take the glass out and put it in a frame that I had but just in removing the glass from the frame it came in, a little piece of glass jumped up in my eye I kept trying to pop it out of my eye my holding my head down and hitting myself on the back of the head would not recommend this not sturdy glass at all . Second guessing now whether it’s safe to even hang up. After reading other reviews I see what the problem was mine was not wrapped in bubble wrap and then in regular plastic wrap mine was merely put in a small cardboard container just big enough for the frame to fit then that was placed in a bigger box so hopefully this was not the norm on the packing.

Excellent value frames
After trying a few other frames of this size, I have settle on this one. I don't know if the uploaded picture someone else put up is old or what but the frames that I keep ordering and receiving have EXCELLENT backing fasteners that swivel into place. The frames come vacuum wrapped in plastic inside a bubble-wrap envelope inside the box. Good quality for a good price. I buy on average one per week.

Worth the price. I have several of them.
I've ordered several of these over the past month or two. They are good for what you pay for them. They aren't perfect, but then again, you aren't paying for a perfect custom frame. The only issue I have with them is that one of them had a slight blemish on one of the sides. From a distance of more than 2 feet you can't see the blemish, so it's all good. I've got two more coming my way. As long as the seller continues to deliver consistent workmanship I'll keep purchasing.

i really like this frame
i really like this frame ... i admire the way it was packaged and shipped ... i was going to use it for art i will be selling on ebay and etsy ... but when i started to use it i saw the backing had a pinched up corner which at the price i am charging for my art i cannot now use this frame ... i hope the company reads this because i ordered another one today and i would appreciate it if you could check it and make sure it is okay ... if this takes off for me i would be more comfortable ordering more than one at a time ... thank you

Happy With Purchase
I was looking for a cheaper and convenient way to frame a poster and this was it. Very happy with the purchase. Wood frame with real glass (instead of plexiglass). Sturdy cardboard backside. It beats spending $80-100 bucks for professional framing and then having to wait a couple weeks for it. Very well packaged with heavy bubble wrap around it.

You get less than what you pay for.
Based on the reviews (I should have had a more caveat emptor attitude, since there were only 3), I thought I'd purchase this frame. I'm using it, but under protest. The front of the frame is decent, nice black color, nice white beveled matte; however, twirl it around to the back to get the real story. The black frame has either a crack or a scratch along one edge. The prongs holding the matte and backing board in place are pieces of metal that you have to bend up to remove the backing board and then bend down to put it back into place - not the nice prongs that slide into position. Next time, I'm going to Target for a reasonably priced frame, Pottery Barn for a nicer one.

I like the frame and it is perfect to display the picture I want to put in there.
Nice frame. I wasn't too happy with the attached hangers. Don't know what to do with them. Usually the manufacturer includes the hanging materials. I have the picture in the frame but have no clue as to how to hang it. Instead of having places to tie in a wire and hang on one hook it looks like it requires two nails or ? to hang.

Nice frames with glass. but...
It was packed well, and the glass was fine. The upper left corner where the pieces are glued together, one frame has a thin one inch of raw unpainted wood. I needed the frame for a show, so I didn't have time to return it, and wait for a replacement. I lightly used a black marker to cover it, but it decreased the quality and appearance of the frame, which impacts the value of the art work.
