I use almond flour for baking muffins and cookies with maple syrup for a healthier treat.

I like this product and ordered another packet recently. Unfortunately the pouch was damaged and the contents spilling out when I opened up the packaging. Amazon don't do returns or replacements on this product so I had to go through the rigmarole of contacting them to get a refund. I guess that's one of the downsides of buying through Amazon.

Bought this before , happy with price & quality although this time the almonds were darker in colour with little flecks of brown. I’m assuming it’s unblanched almond flour as it smells okay & no weevils. Would be useful to know with something on the packaging or in the selling description. I’m going to eat it anyway !!

It's a brilliant product and taste lovely

This is my third order from this supplier and the quality is really consistent - great for gluten free baking, for macarons and more. These are a little more finely and consistently ground than most supermarket ground almonds I've tried in the last 20 years, and the bulk purchase is cost effective - they last well in the press-seal pouch if you aren't getting through them fast.My first pack was fine for 6 months but now I'm baking more and using them up faster.Versatility marked down 1 because they are only as versatile as ground almonds can be!

Use it to keep me healthy,make bread with it and apple cake.Nice flour to use with well balanced food supply.
