Real information from a legitimate source.
If you want straight to the point real information about duties responsibilities and a good idea for procedures as a ranking officer in a motorcycle club, this is definitely worth reading. I could even recommend this for people who have spent many years in the biker world.

Well written, Well thought out
I follow this guy on youtube and tik tok. He is a ton of resourceful information for folks who have an interest in the biker community as well as the ways in the life. I'm grateful he has a knowledge base of wealth to share with us.

Everyone of John's books I've read has been Excellent. I've been on the MC set since I was 18 and now I'm 41 and the National Prez of my family club. There is a LOT of great information for anyone from a new rider to an Old founder. Unless you think you know it all, you'll love this book.- Red Beard, Road Orphans-

Very rewarding reading and written with real convictions for MC members. This book is a must to read for MC that exist blindly in Central America, of which I am a member. Black Dagon's recommendations to give it as a gift to MC in need of the direction, explications about real world MC Set duties and organization.
My respect to Black Dragon for taking the time to write this very rewarding book about the directions and path that a Sgt At Arms can use for the enrichment of any MC.Mother ChapterSteel Angels MC San Jose Costa Rica 1997Local Chapters Steel Angels MCPunta Arenas Costa RicaChiriqui PanamaCuidad PanamaWe Ride Together We Rust Together

Very good learning tool for SERGEANT AT ARMS.
Great book for a new or existing SAA. Old dudes can brush up on what you forgot and newbies can learn how important it is to be SAA.

Some helpful information
Although the SAA role will differ depending on the leadership of each club collectively this wasn't a bad effort. At least it gives you a partial but biased window of the expectations of this particular role. It's a fine effort and easy read.

Great book
Great book. Straight to the point. Clear message. The reason for only 4 stars is that some text was duplicated within the book and the appendix and glossary language is used in female language, which I assume was taken from another book "Prospecting for Female MC"
