I’ve tried a few different products from this company. I really like this one as I have minor issue with my knees and this seems to improve my day to day function so I can push harder with less discomfort. Worth giving it a go.

Unexpected bonus , my finger nails no longer split and crack. and they grew out a bit! Finger nails are said to be a huge clue as to how your body is doing...I am getting older and this has been recommended by my personal trainer son, and he was right!

I could not tell a difference in ligaments or joints. Only did it for 1 month. Maybe it takes longer to see a difference.

I have tried various supplements here and there for years, but most of the stuff is unremarkable. I religiously take very few, and I generally hate taking medications. I tried this supplement after buying it for someone in my family who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. Not wanting to experiment on them alone, I tried it out myself. I slept slept deeper that first night than I have slept in years—vivid dreams too. I hate sleeping pills and can't stand the side effects of melatonin. But this stuff was like a sleep-deep high-dose ibuprofen with no side effects. It's now my choice over all of the NSAIDs, especially at night. I've taken it a few times midday, as it says you can, and it's been great too. But I haven't wanted to miss having enough available at night. One caveat that I would add is that I take it when I need it and not every day. Not sure how the long-term outlook would be taking it with that level of frequency. Hope this helps.

I had a bad shoulder injury and proceeded to reinsurance the same shoulder 2 more times (accidently) within a month. My right shoulder was basically useless. Without health insurance, I decided to give this a try. There is no way my shoulder would have gotten better in the time it did without this product. Finally something that does what it says.

This product is advertised as vegan-friendly, but it contains chicken cartilage.Why is this allowed? Aren't there rules about false advertising?It's not returnable, either - so I'm just out $50. Lovely!
