Battery for iPhone SE, 2020 2nd Gen New 0 Cycle Higher Capacity Battery Replacement for iPhone SE (A2275 A2296 A2298) with Professional Repair Tools Kits (Not for iPhone SE 1st Gen)

I purchased a used “good” condition SE2020 from BackMarket.com… they sent me a poor condition one with 72% battery. Someone hacked the web site on my network during my purchase to change the return policy and purchase promise till after the 30 day warranty expired… hackers suck. I’ve always had issues with the battery. I tried the stock battery, it ballooned on me after just 1 year using all the advanced charging settings. I tried this one next and even with the phone thinking the battery is only capable of holding 72% it still lasts a full day or more depending on use; only after turning OFF optimized battery charging and clean energy charging.. I don’t let it stay on the charger when turning these settings off. Without these OFF the phone lasts way less time. The niceties that came with this package were the battery tape, the tools were magnetic and the product actually has a 2x higher mAh than stock batteries… good luck getting apple to put this in your phone though… batteries could have software installed in them that can hack your phone… I haven’t had any issues with this one though. Grateful for the ability to save my purchase without having to go back to apple ever again.

You must watch the video pertaining to the iPhone style battery that you are replacing. This is a very delicate process with very tiny screws that are easily lost. Be very careful!! Keep a magnet handy for these screws while removing battery. And have something stationary to fasten the glass case you are opening so that it does not fold all the way open. In other words, don’t let the cover open more than 90 degrees. And, after you complete battery replacement if your phone cycles off and on every 2 minutes, the glass screen you removed is not seated correctly. You must remove the 2 speaker screws again and reposition screen again.

I installed this battery in my iPhone SE2020 at the same time I installed a new screen, because I’d cracked mine. My phone was functioning fine before the installs. The cracked screen just got on my nerves, and my battery was old, so I figured I might as well replace it while I had the phone open.At first, I thought I had a faulty screen, because it lagged very badly and wouldn’t respond to touch properly. The battery was also pathetic. It only lasted an hour or two. On a hunch, I ordered and installed a new battery from iFixit, and all of the lagging stopped!I’m glad I have my phone working again. Do not order. It’s not worth all of the hassle.

this brand did work in i phone, doesnt recognize batt but does charge it

My iPhone SE battery got to the point where it would not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. I bought this battery because it was advertised as having higher capacity and came with all the tools to install it. I received the kit in one day and installed the battery in my phone after watching several iPhone SE battery installation videos on YouTube. The kit came with all the tools you need to do the replacement. You will also need to have some good magnifying glasses and patience as the screws that hold the two connection covers inside the phone are tiny. The clip for the home button sensor is also very finicky to install. But I was able to remove my old battery and install the new one. My phone is now operating properly again and staying charged. This is a great replacement battery kit and I can highly recommend it.

pkg included battery, tools, and a couple unknown items. I think they are adhesive strips and a screen shade. no explanation in pkg and no instructions. went to website from a small label in the pkg and it is a "generic" youtube install - nothing about the tools and pieces in the pkg I received. disappointed.

Replaced battery on iPhone SE 2020. Tools worked, although I did wind up using a razor blade to initially pop the screen up. There is now a battery message stuck to settings, unknown battery, so battery health doesn't show up, but it seems to be holding a charge longer than the old one. Charged it yesterday and it's still at 65% today. I'm happy.

Everything works well. The battery lasts a couple of days with minimal use the tools were everything I needed to put in the new battery. I am very happy with purchase.
