Crescent City Alligator & Pork Sausage (5 Units Included per Order)

I had this for the first time at a pre-Mardi Gras ball cocktail as an appetizer off of a grill. Bought a case before coming back to Charleston after the ball. I’ve been looking for it ever since! So happy to have found it again

Whenever I am in New Orleans, not only do I chow down on this in the French Market, I normally bring some back home with me,....but haven' t been able to travel for awhile. When I found this I was so excited, immediately ordered enough to satisfy my craving, but also to share some them with my son and his family . Everyone loved it ! I don't mind the shipping, as it is worth every single penny for this delicious sausage Yummy !

The product is good; however, I received the packs labeled (1 LB) but one of them was not! It had two links instead of three and did not weigh one pound as stated. When I contacted them, “Crescent City Meats” they stated they did not by links, okay, but the weight? No response. I would take an apology for not being the weight after all, I ordered 15 total. I will be looking for other stores.

Used it in a delicious omelette. Just received my second order. Box looked like it had been jumped on , which was the delivery company’s’ fault.

Best sausage ever! Shipping company messed up and didn’t deliver on time and it was spoiled. I was shipped more right away no questions asked!!! Thank you

Love the product. If you are in a hurry to receive, this wouldn't be the company to go through. Took way too long. I'm thankful I wasn't in a hurry. However, the product itself was fantastic.
