These helped my hot flashes I am going through the menopause. Nice taste and easy to chew .

I came off HRT as I was getting side effects, so read up about sage and thought I would give it a try, so glad I did. I’ve only been taking these for 20 days and already my hot flushes have virtually gone. I was having at least 10+ a day, now I might have 1 every few days! Can’t believe how quickly they have worked. My blood pressure is also the lowest it’s been in months!

Due to a miscalculation I ran out of these while on holiday. I managed to restart taking them as soon as I got home but - boy - am I feeling it. I didn’t notice any hot flushes during my trip (as I still had them in my system), but I’ve been home for almost 2 weeks and they are still happening at all times of the day and night as I top myself up again. Until I stopped I had forgotten how good they are, in fact I almost considered stopping them completely because I didn’t know if they were doing anything, but now I can happily confirm that they work for me so I won’t be stopping them just yet!
