Got this fan in less than two days and it worked right away for a downed host!

I had a fan that was on the way out. As a protection mechanism, when a fan dies the remaining fans crank up their speed to ~100%. This screaming noise of all the fans cranking was the clue to me that something was wrong. I noticed one fan was not spinning (visually inspected it and also confirmed in the iLo console). I ordered this fan replacement from Amazon and popped it in and things have been quiet for a few weeks now.

Had a refurbished DL360 that was having CPU Fan issues. Looked at the price of using the HPE part. Those were $30 dollars and up. Decided to give these a try. Bought a couple to allow for replacements. These fans operate same as the manufactures unit and half the cost. If you have a dual CPU server this is 8 fans total. Glad I gave them a try. No more fan failures.

Went right in as original. Worked.
